So how’d we do?
From CBC
Canada has the worst record for COVID-19 deaths in long-term care homes compared with other wealthy countries, according to a new report released on Tuesday by the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI).
The study found that the proportion of deaths in nursing homes represented 69 per cent of Canada’s overall COVID-19 deaths, which is significantly higher than the international average of 41 per cent.
In Canada, between March 2020 and February 2021, more than 80,000 residents and staff members of long-term care homes were infected with the coronavirus. Outbreaks occurred 2,500 care homes, resulting in the deaths of 14,000 residents, according to the report.
There’s lots more.
Good job everyone you all deserve a bonus !

And yet the CBC keeps on cheerleading for the liberals.

“The economy grows from the heart out?”
Was that another “wisdom” from Emperor Justine?
Given the massive debt and unfunded federal liability for Old Age Pensions and other such broken promises, the rational to Kill off the aged to save your political ass,is probably more than any Assault Style Liberal Parasite can resist.
Next CBC will tell us how wonderful Justine and friends are for “Reducing the debt load”.
Wonder how far we are from billing the families for the cost of state murder?
How much of the excess mortality in long term care homes can be chalked up to the thinking that they are essentially hospice centers and so it is somewhat acceptable that something like the Chicom virus is just advancing the timetable of the inevitable. With socialized health care, more dead people means more resources for everyone else and particularly when lots of old people die as they disproportionately eat up much of the systematically rationed budget. I’m not suggesting that there was intentional neglect but I do believe that there is a systemic bias against first class care for such facilities. This transcends individual politicians and goes to the nature of Canada’s health care and the pathologies of those that support the monopolistic nature of the single payer system.
Back of the envelope math. Recent Canada Covid numbers indicate 22,655 deaths related to Covid. 69% of 22,655 is 15,632.
So 15,632 residents of care homes have died due to Covid yet the excess deaths in care homes compared to the 5 year average is just 2,273 (Quote from linked CBC article: “There were 2,273 more deaths than the average in the five years prior to COVID-19, with the largest increase occurring in April 2020.”).
So, without Covid we would have expected 13,359 deaths in Senior’s homes but got 15,632 with Covid? (15,632-13,359=2,273)
Doesn’t this more than halve the death count related to Covid in Canada? We would have expected at least 13,359 of the 22,655 deaths to have occurred from other causes.
Feel free to correct my math.
One number they will NEVER tell you is…
Did the vaccination cause the death.
Being all in on this experiment also means to suppress those numbers.
And class them all as covid deaths.
Our politicians are great at cover your ass and never responsible.
I’m sure to Trudeau, Tam & the former graphic designer Health Minister this is a complete success and things turned out according to plan.
But look at the money we are saving. Hold our beer Gov Cuomo!
The Liberals couldn’t put a budget down but they could pass bills killing off the elderly and disabled.
Just like the Nazis did.
I read this article a few months ago about serial killers in care homes and hospitals. Some were racking up kill totals in triple digits. I can’t find it.
But … I wonder if a few weren’t operating last year.
Nurse: Oh no dear … there is no problem using Carol’s clothing after she tested positive.
“180 people died on serial killer Elizabeth Wettlaufer’s shifts in one nursing home. Was that a red flag?”
