The Democrats are as paranoid as a thief with a garage of stolen merchandise;
Twice in the last six weeks, warnings were issued about imminent, grave threats to public safety posed by the same type of right-wing extremists who rioted at the Capitol on January 6. And both times, these warnings ushered in severe security measures only to prove utterly baseless.
First we had the hysteria over the violence we were told was likely to occur at numerous state capitols on Inauguration Day. “Law enforcement and state officials are on high alert for potentially violent protests in the lead-up to Inauguration Day, with some state capitols boarded up and others temporarily closed ahead of Wednesday’s ceremony,” announced CNN. In an even scarier formulation, NPR intoned that “the FBI is warning of protests and potential violence in all 50 state capitals ahead of President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration.”
The resulting clampdowns were as extreme as the dire warnings. Washington, D.C. was militarized more than at any point since the 9/11 attack. The military was highly visible on the streets. And, described The Washington Post, “state capitols nationwide locked down, with windows boarded up, National Guard troops deployed and states of emergency preemptively declared as authorities braced for potential violence Sunday mimicking the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol by a mob of pro-Trump rioters.” All of this, said the paper, “reflected the anxious state of the country ahead of planned demonstrations.”
But none of that happened — not even close.
Being a President Trump admirer, he has not issued anything to his base supporters except to stay away from Washington when Biden was being sworn in.
I suspect what they are worried and waiting for is President Trump back in the Whitehouse.
President Trump is driving them crazy with his unpredictability in what the Democrats were expecting and trying.
Had President Trump stayed in the Whitehouse, the massive riots being generated by the media and Democrats would have Impeached the sitting President.
The Democrats expected President Trump needed to be sworn back in, but he was already in office and just was continuing his term.

On the other hand, we did learn that the Oath Keepers, who were unarmed, did have a backup, a “quick reaction tactical commando team” waiting outside DC, if things went wrong on 6th. Yes siree, one old obese guy with heart ,back and knee problems who needs hip replacement was on standby. Maybe they are afraid of being rolled over by walkers?
Pass it on, they should be mocked and ridiculed til the end of time.

All this “end of democracy” BS the dumocrats are trying to keep stirred up is getting pretty comedic. There are numerous reports, some from this blog, that describes in detail the “assault on the Capitol building” which was actually enhanced by the Capitol police themselves, opening doors and even inviting some people in. We are unlikely to hear about all the sordid details because it will make the dumocrats look bad. And they already have the event pegged as a “riot” and an “armed rebellion” even though none of that happened. So explaining what actually DID happen will make them (dumocrats) look even more stupid. Like they need help.
You also have a fake news media who will invent anything or follow any nutbar to generate news.
So far, not so much.

Capital Hill alien invasion? Armed rebellion? The only “altercation causing death” were some guy hit on the head with a fire extinguisher (they fly you know) and a diminutive gal shot dead with no warning from 10 feet away, while climbing through a busted window, to then climb over stacked desks and chairs on the other side, to gain entry. The shooter could have walked down the hallway to any safety before said lady finally got access to said hallway, instead of whacking her. Musta got his jollies doing that. That to me was murder, folks. Plain and simple. A doped up, hallucinatory dead beat who “died” in mysterious ways at the hands of COPS got better coverage. The shooter has been in hiding ever since. And Donald Trump interrupted the SOROSinvasion. They know better than anyone that they do NOT govern the United States with the consent of anyone but Wall Street and Beijing, who bankroll the big men with guns who (for now) have apparently succeeded in discouraging anybody from coming back to finish the job left undone on January 6.
It’s possible there hasn’t been this much military paranoia about Washington security since General Lee was camped just south of the city before Second Manassas in August, 1862.
The way the “Government” in the US has conducted itself lately has some parallels in the ginned-up warnings of imminent terror attacks on the US mainland in the immediate lead-up to the 2002 invasion of Iraq, which appeared to be little more than half-arsed political cover for something they knew was wrong and illegitimate….and yet people went so far as to duct tape their homes as defence against an apparent poison gas attack that of course didn’t and couldn’t happen.

The Democratsm and cable news networks CNN and MSBNC (but I repeat myself), are trying to gaslight America into believing that we’re in the middle of a violent revolution by right-wing groups to depose the government.
It will eventually die out I suppose. There’s only so many times you can cry wolf. But not before the Democrats bring in draconian legislation and executive orders to quell the “revolution”.
