  1. Thanks Kate. I agree that not everyone will listen to Ben Shapiro. I’ve enjoyed Tom the last couple of weeks. Refreshing!

    1. I found the visuals a bit strong with this one on the first go round, but it’s grown on me. It takes a couple of views to pick up on the subtleties.

      1. As Dave Edmunds once said, “Subtle as a Flying Mallet”. Not my kind of music but I’m glad he’s out there saying this stuff.

  2. These lyrics made the biggest impression on me:
“I think the elites are real but they ain’t drinking babies’ blood
They’re creating chaos so they have something to save you from
Black lives matter, all lives matter, what’s all this division for?
It’s modern segregation, this is setting up a civil war”

Maybe all the bureaucratic incompetence and waste of government is a design feature after all.

    1. Me too!! It’s their M.O. – they take a reasonable theory that there are shadowy elites in control of the levers of power which is undoubtedly true, but garbage-wash it with beyond belief conspiracies about adrenochrome, pizzagate, spirit cooking, satansim, etc. so that Jane and Joe Frontporch just ignore it because they don’t want to talk about anything “batshit crazy” with friends and relatives. Guys like Tom M are drawing the hard lines, putting the frame around what needs to be discussed and what it just “static”.

    2. I loved that lyric, Martin. It’s his clever way of saying he’s not a “Q” clown. That one can believe in “conspiracies” … actually the patent behaviors of self-anointed elites … and not be a clown about it.

I’m not much of a rap fan … but it warms my heart that someone from that era and genre … gets it. I guess it’s time he gets canceled for appropriating the black man’s musical invention … Right?

  3. Culture war?

Globalist ideologies are not a culture. They just destroy cultures.

The original “culture war” was the war fought by the Prussian state against the church, successfully brining it to heel in Germany. Bismarck did not understand, or much care, that German culture was Christian, and if the church died in Germany, so would Germany as Bismarck knew it.

The war between the West and China is a real war of cultures. The Chinese learned during the misrule of Jiang Qing how empty globalism’s promises really were, and corrected course the moment her trained monkey Mao Zedong dropped dead. That’s why they’re winning now. The CCP, now communist in name only, bankroll globalist movements and conspiracies throughout the western world. They don’t tolerate them in China for a moment.

“…the elites are real but they ain’t drinking babies’ blood?”

One day I expect to learn that Xi Jinping drinks the blood of Uighur children as a quack—sorry, “traditional Chinese” treatment for impotence.

    Still, it’s a nice thought, I suppose.

  4. Interesting that someone can independently think the same things as me.

  5. Thanks for the post. This is the first rap song I have listened to, all the way to the end. On TV, when a rap song comes on, I reach for the mute button.

    1. Go check out Fake Woke, Cancelled, and Best Rapper Ever. I think the latter is likely his best, when it was dropped it beat Eminem’s release.

      1. For those that do not like rap check out Scary Stories by Tom MacDonald. This fellow is a very talented story teller.

      2. You just made me go look at “Best Rapper Ever” … very, very, good. I’d dare say that the entire neurotic Democrat Left in America needs to view that video … and then go have a little talk with themselves.

I’m impressed by this man’s thinking, reasoning, and writing skill. I’m also tremendously impressed by his videographer. Great, artistic, work. Complicated, with densely packed information in the imagery.

Good for their Independence. Who needs to be “signed” anymore?

  6. I just smiIe when I think of aII the “progressive” heads expIoding when they watch this; if they ever Ieave their safe space Iong enough that is.

But I feeI even better when I reaIize the impact this wiII have on normaI young peopIe who haven’t been brainwashed by the tenured marxists and race baiters at our Universities.

  7. Just curious, how is it that a guy that decorates himself so gross have actually well working brain.
However it is, what he raps about is a 100% must, regardless of any perceived shortcomings.
Can’t watch it, so just listen. Don’t offend easy, maybe one day.

  8. Conservatives need to get out their wallets and support independent artists so that there options beyond the corporate-approved progressive pamphleteering and propaganda. Pick a genre and put the money into it. Take whatever you’re spending on Netflix, Disney+ and the rest and give it to independent artists.
As for guys like Shapiro, there are more than enough conservative websites and new sites and talking heads regurgitating the same tired nonsense from 35 years ago. Conservatives love the stuff cause it re-affirms their beliefs but none of it changes any minds or influences the average citizen. The guy in this video will convert more people from the left in a year than Shapiro and his banal 1980s talking points could in a lifetime.

  9. Is this what the 1950s matrons and burghers felt like when watching Elvis on tv for the first time ?

Ron Paul in an Insane Clown Posse/Antifa sheepskin.

    I guess whatever it takes.

  10. Lyrics are great. Needs to work on the chorus/hook to really knock it out of the park musically.

Love it, more power to him.

    1. Rap and HipHop are not classified as music. It’s Urban poetry as defined by Snoop Dog.
Tom Macdonald is a modern Messiah and will spread the message to the young, as yet, unwoke folk!

  11. The dude is righteous.
    He is getting some profile.
His rap “fake woke” went from 96 in January to number 1 in February, 2021 on the billboard top 100.
