  1. This is all very interesting, but…
If the majority of the population isn’t even susceptible to Covid, why do we even need vaccinations?

I’ve seen this a few times, that the number for people that won’t contract Covid at all might be as high as 80%.
I remember thinking that after watching the outbreaks on both the Diamond Princess and the Theodore Roosevelt. Only about 19-20% of the people on both ships became infected. I thought both ships combined represented a pretty good sample of a population. The aircraft carrier would have been mainly young men (and if you’ve ever been aboard a carrier, the living accommodations are REALLY cramped), and the cruise ship would have had more older couples. The close quarters of a ship would be optimal for the transmission of an infectious agent, yet a significant majority of those on either ship didn’t become infected.
This is an article I was able to find with a search just now, but like I said, I’ve seen that same figure a few times now.

    1. Ah but our government went ALL IN in buying spree of researchers and vaccine makers figuring that this was the big one of huge deaths that some early Pandemics were.
When the government is committed like in this fake global warming, they go all out and all in even if it is a disastrous mistake.

You can pretty much guarantee that Trudeau will force us in some way to have this unnecessary vaccination.
It is a saving face measure and not a we need it to live.
It is also useless like the flu virus, it mutates.

    2. “the population isn’t even susceptible to Covid”

Did you read about the huge death toll among homeless people in L.A., San Francisco, Seattle, and New York?
      Me neither.
If COVID19 were the Black Death as it’s touted, the homeless population would be interred in mass graves/bonfires.

  2. Someone can correct me if I have this wrong but the way this vaccine works makes it a better choice for vaccination because it will work for more than one strain of the flu.

    1. Potentially, yes. And it could potentially work as an anti-cancer treatment in some circumstances. It’s an intriguing biotechnology which has actually been around for some time but heretofore never really had a solid application. This may be its coming out party.

      1. And a solid application leading to widespread use may be what’s needed to uncover some reason why this biotechnology shouldn’t be used. Which is why those who want to try it should be first in line, and those who are wary shouldn’t be forced to take it.

    2. Thats what mRNA was originally being researched for. Flu vaccines. Can be retooled and produced much quicker than egg based vaccines

    1. Your caretaker must have forgotten to give you your meds again. Like seriously, what is wrong with you? In an article about vaccinations, you drop another one of your stupid rambling incoherent sh*t-posts. What’s the point? I still haven’t figured out if you view yourself as being really clever (hint: you aren’t) when you grace us with all this “wisdom”, or if you just require mandatory supervision. Get off the internet and go do a puzzle or something.

      1. I think it can’t read, it just compiles words and phrases into sentence structures and posts them.

  4. Assuming it works as expected, will this mRNA process replace the previous flu vaccine production technique (aka killed virus(es) inserted into injectable medium)?

    1. Maybe. Off the top of my head, it would probably depend heavily upon certain technical and logistical issues including the ability to quickly and effectively isolate and replicate an appropriate antigen from the target virus with the mRNA and then distribute and administer the vaccine in a timely fashion. The tried and true techniques using killed virus or virus pieces, although more rough and ready, may be quicker to produce and easier to distribute to achieve the desired effect.

    2. That was its original purpose. It will be a new age of influenza prevention once they shift their focus back to influenza.

  5. The Bong will have a hard time forcing the vax on us. He won’t close the borders. If he forces the citizens to vaccinate he’s pretty much obligated to insist that foreigners entering the country present evidence of vaccination.

    1. Don’t you know that in Canada, everyone is equal but the “foreigners” are more equal than the citizens?

      1. Why don’t we see any homeless Syrians, Ugandans, Kenyans, Mexicans, Honduran refugees, etc? Because Trudeau gives them thousands of dollars a month to live in luxury. 400,000 of them come in annually. What are the unintended consequences?
-Rents continue to rise, but the refugees don’t care, Trudeau pays their bills.
-This creates a housing crisis, artificially created by an economically incompetent Liberal government, which forces low income/welfare multi-generational Canadians, including INDIANS, onto the streets.
Yes, Trudeau and his incompetent vagina party truly hate Canadians
Too bad there’s no investigative media in this country, just lapdog propaganda spewing mouthpieces to “interpret” the party line.

  6. That explanation makes it seem very simple and benign. I don’t believe it is that simple, and it certainly is as derisked as they would have us believe. On the surface the technology makes sense, but in previous animal trials the death rate was very high. And since its new and more or less untested in humans no one has any idea what the long term side effects of this technology are.

      1. you have about 4 minutes to edit right after you post. I reread mine and then reread after I post and I still manage to screw it up.

    1. Simply put: What guarantee do we have that what’s presented on his whiteboard is what’s in the syringe? What’s ONLY in the syringe? And that it will do ONLY what he depicted?

      1. Personally, after all is said and done about COVID the last 11 odd months and the “vaccines” to supposedly “fight” it….this week, I wouldn’t trust anything that this .Gov plans to stick in my arm. Ever. For anything. I wouldn’t trust them any farther than I can spit.

  7. As I’ve been trying to tell people for awhile now, strictly speaking, an mRNA “vaccine” isn’t a vaccine in the traditional sense at all: it’s a gene therapy.  We are way earlier in the learning curve about gene therapies than we are about vaccines.
I’ll think about getting one of the gene therapies after six months to a year of beta-testing by others.

    1. That’s pretty much the sane strategy unless you’re high risk. If you’re pushing 80 and have diabetes and asthma then Wuhan Flu is a much greater risk to you than vaccine. If you you’re middle age and healthy then it makes sense to let millions of volunteers to be the lab rats.

      1. Indeed. That’s the advice being given by Michael Savage. While he can go off the deep end on topics, he has a PhD. from the University of California at Berkeley in epidemiology . He knows of which he speaks.
His advice? Wait. A long time. This has been rushed and remains untested over the long term.
While this is a health concern, it has been badly handled, but, our betters are taking their marching orders from the WHO/CHINA. This extended clusterfck is designed to weaken North America, for China’s gain,
Why haven’t LTC homes been rigorously and continuously locked down? These are clearly the locations of 99% of the dead victims.
Why do Ivermectin and HCQ remain verboten, treasonous, ignored drug therapies?
Why do Vitamin D and Zinc remain ignored by our oh so knowledgeable health bureaucrat “experts”?
Bonnie Nazi has shown herself to be a narcissist, she loves the camera, the adoration, attention, the media prop up, and of course, her fugly shoes. The media has done a great job propagandizing this incompetent, hypocritical nitwit.
Anyways, there are too many unknowns, it’s been rushed. The testing will be done on those taking the shot, including Bonnie Nazi, while she smugly smiled for the cameras, getting her dose.

    2. That’s a good point — about it not being a vaccine. Someone was challenging the fact that they were even calling it a vaccine, and asking how they could get away with calling it a vaccine. The advantage for the vaccine producers is that they get all the existing protections in place for vaccines gone wrong. The producers are not responsible for vaccine injury and the taxpayer pays when necessary. This is a different kettle of fish, for sure. I guess we are paying for injuries here also — and, according to Vernon Coleman, there are already significant injuries: https://brandnewtube.com/watch/urgent-news-about-the-covid-19-vaccine_botqwzI8R7UUVY2.html
To me it does not make a lot of sense for young people to get this vaccine.

  8. Why would anybody with half a brain cell trust ANYTHING this Lie-Beral Govt does or says. Certainly nothing from Dr Tom the WHO Puppet, or the graphic designer Health Minister. They can all shove this vaccine up their bloody arse.

    1. Hosed in Ab said~ Why would anybody with half a brain cell trust ANYTHING this Lie-Beral Govt does or says.

“Briefly stated, the Gell-Mann Amnesia effect is as follows. You open the newspaper to an article on some subject you know well. In Murray’s case, physics. In mine, show business. You read the article and see the journalist has absolutely no understanding of either the facts or the issues. Often, the article is so wrong it actually presents the story backward—reversing cause and effect. I call these the “wet streets cause rain” stories. Paper’s full of them.
In any case, you read with exasperation or amusement the multiple errors in a story, and then turn the page to national or international affairs, and read as if the rest of the newspaper was somehow more accurate about Palestine than the baloney you just read.
You turn the page, and forget what you know.”
      ― Michael Crichton

I’ll tell you what I know: After 30years, they still haven’t created a vaccine for HIV.

      1. Oh, I don’t know….don’t stick things in places they shouldn’t be might be as good a “vaccine” as any. Cheap, too. Works on a variety of “social diseases”.

        1. Kimberly Ann Bergalis (January 19, 1968 – December 8, 1991) was an American woman who was one of six patients purportedly infected with HIV by dentist David J. Acer, who was infected with HIV and died of AIDS in September 1990.
This incident is the first known case of clinical transmission of HIV. Since then, many non-homosexuals have died of AIDS.
Kimberly Ann Bergalis was 23 year old virgin when she died of AIDS. She was on the early internet telling people about her plight.

My point is that they have been working on a HIV vaccine for 30 years and still haven’t developed one.
I do not believe that they have developed a COVID19 vaccine in under one year.

  9. I don’t know what biochemists are supposed to look like but I’m pretty sure it isn’t like something out of “Where’s Waldo?”.
He seems to know what he’s talking about though and it’s a great explanation for idiots like me but I’m not sold on it and quite frankly I doubt I’ll ever be.

Three flights arriving in Vancouver Intl. airport today.
Seoul, Tokyo and Shanghai respectively – Give me a shout when you want to get serious about stopping this “deadly” virus before sticking something in me.

    1. WTF does his appearance matter. He is a biochemist.
What did you think about Einstein’s appearance? He looked like he was from an insane asylum.
For crying out loud, grow up.

      1. “What did you think about Einstein’s appearance? ”

That the man knew how wear a suit, tie a tie and that he had his unique personal style. He wasn’t trying to look hip or cool. He was a natural. Contrast this with this douche who is desperately trying to look hip. Pull up your pants junior and pour me a grande pike, you’re no Einstein. Also you’re a coochie dryer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKSzcvyGbA8

        1. when the E-8 equation was mastered, and surf board/snow board instructor put sense to it in almost record time. Eistein was a missfit, who was a little smarter than you can even imagine, and his dress code did not define the man. And he would not critisize anyone the the way you IDIOTS are trying to do

          1. Bitch please, you can’t just put random words together and pretend you have formed an argument. That’s not how this works.

      2. For the same reason I don’t want a doctor who’s about open me up to take a peek at my heart adorned in tats and and nose ornaments. I’m just fucking funny like that., ok?

You want me to grow up? Not a problem. You first, followed by him and then I’ll give some thought about myself.

        1. So if the guy with a nose ring and tattoos was the best in his class and the best heart surgeon on the planet you would take the guy in a suit who barely made the grade instead?
          Smooth move.

          1. Except that the guy with a nose ring and tattoo would not be the best at anything other than nose rings and tattoos and the guy in a suit would have good odds of being competent. Attire, competence and IQ are correlated. When you are vapid and shallow to the point that you spent considerable effort to make yourself look carefully unkept, you’re probably not that smart. Pull up your pants and listen to your betters, coochie dryer.

          2. Seriously, just FO, ok?. You know exactly what I’m talking about so stop pretending otherwise. And I don’t know what or who you’re trying to pass yourself off as tonight but I think it falls somewhere between being a self righteous douchebag or glaringly obtuse.
            Take your pick.

I guess by your logic someone with tattoos, nose rings, nipple piercings and a ski hat would be just fine by you to walk out of a cockpit while you’re 35,000 ft. in the air. Cause y’know…who’s to say he didn’t graduate “best in his class” in flight school?
            Moron.

  10. So, let’s apply the Micheal Focoult checklist for good conservative behavior.
    1. Do we / they know what they are doing? A. Yes, more or less.
    2. Do we / they know why they are doing what they are doing? A. Yes, on firmer ground here.
    3. Do we / they know what they are doing does? A. No. There could be auto immune disorders and other unforseen negative interactions.
Not a great conservative foundation. Therefore the objective should be to not vaccinate everyone, but rather only vaccinate the ones you have to. The rest can wait a few decades until they have to be vaccinated.

    1. My first thought as well. You rush to production of untested treatments when the death toll from doing nothing will be astronomical, or when there’s no other treatments that have proven effective.

If you can’t be troubled to allow proven anti-viral techniques to apply, or to apply a total flight ban for flights from 1 layover away from places deemed to be at epidemic infection status (no just those hubs, but the places 1 flight away from them), then you’re not doing a quarantine.

We will survive this as a culture because we are rich. Making our culture poor (by cutting out the heart of small business and the middle class, and concentrating economic activity in the hands of a few large and powerful and fascisticly agreeing with the governing ethos companies) is a far, far riskier move than letting the Coronavirus spread among us.

  11. I don’t need to read it. There’s no way I’m rushing out to take a vaccine for a disease that over 99% of people recover from. I’ll wait to see if everyone turns into a zombie or, worse, a liberal. Not that there’s much difference.

      1. Facts matter Allah. But, you’re a good sheep. Keep swallowing the medias official story line. As a good little sheep, YOU never question their authority over you, nor their “facts”.

      2. Yes, yes Allan, if Wuhan Flu was transmitted by farts and Trudeau told you to wear a butt plug, you’d shove up your ass, smile and immediately start lecturing others on benefits of good lube.

  12. I disappoint myself but I can’t take that rising gay voice seriously. And NO he doesn’t know, he’s videotaping a lesson he’s been taught.

But as others have pointed out this is guinnea pig gene therapy. I simply do not trust it and won’t even do so after a so-called beta best.

BTW, as per my Reader Tip link, WHO has quietly removed natural immunity (herd immunity) from its website. Can there be even a shadow of a doubt now about this being a scamdemic. Natural immunity is fearsome competition for big pharma.

    1. Pull up your pants and sit straight, sport. When your opinion is needed you will be notified.

        1. Mark Zuckerdork said many years ago that younger people are, well, simply smarter than us greybeards and silverbacks.

      1. colon R~4, try telling us again how big that yellow stripe on your back is. And quit trying to prove just how stupid you are, as you are doing, and very successful at it, Now FO goof

        1. Again stop with the random word composition. Try forming coherent sentences. After you type, try reading it to yourself (slowly) when it does not make any sense revise until it does. Start with few syllables at a time, aim small miss small.

    2. the COLON is brilliant, cuz he/it/she has mastered shitt to it’s finest form, cuz he/she/it has head up ass and has a shitty outlook on life

      1. Enema, my brilliance is not for rabid, incoherent, illiterate, low IQ cretins like you to assess. You end long before I begin, know your limit little doggy.

        1. That’s right, not even close, I am at least one standard deviation above you. But you’re much better at mindlessly flinging feces, I give you that. And you do play to your strengths.

  13. I am in the 80+ cohort and thus more vulnerable than the general population so I will take this vaccination.
I look upon it as a reverse lottery. I win if I do not get sick or die from CV-19.
And I also have a chance to win the consolation prize – no side effects.

    1. And if you are in the 80+ cohort you are almost certainly risking less than 20% of your life, probably less than 10%.

      1. That’s true either way, but the question is relative risk, for seniors or poor health people, so far, the vaccine appears to be a much lesser threat than Wuhan flu.

        1. Yes. I’d let any senior who wants it take my place in line for the vaccine, even if I wanted to be vaccinated. I’m not what I’d call young, but I’m not in that high risk age group.

        2. “the vaccine appears to be a much lesser threat than Wuhan flu.”

We really don’t know how much of a threat the Bat Soup Flu actually is.
          Why?
Because the same government and it’s agents who lie to us about everything else are our only source of Bat Soup Flu statistics and they cannot be trusted to give us the unadulterated truth about anything at all, especially an issue that they have politicized to the extent that the Sino Lung Rot Flu has been politicized.

Right now, I’m sure that the ‘vaccine’ is just distilled water. It’s sure not to hurt anyone, but it’s also sure not to be a cure for anything either.
They’re just trying to get compliance right now, the hot shots which will kill huge swathes of the population will come later when they get the level of compliance that they deem necessary.

          1. Oz, I think this level of coordinated global conspiracy re vaccine is very unlikely. But yes, you’re right on the other point, we really don’t know how well designed the Chicom bio weapon is. The fact that three new strains have been identified at the same time when vaccines just entered distribution raises a lot of questions.

          2. “Oz, I think this level of coordinated global conspiracy re vaccine is very unlikely.”

Yeah? What, Colonialista, do you think of the level of coordinated global conspiracy regarding Climate Change/Global Warming? Likely or unlikely?

Because I’m here to tell you that the Global Warming conspiracy takes a lot more work and effort, conspiracy wise, and yet here we are confronted by a breathtakingly large global conspiracy re Anthropogenic Climate Change/Global Warming.
Faking the Sino Lung Rot Flu vaccine is easy peasy in comparison. Don’t you think?
All they have to do is inject people with a clear inert liquid and tell them that they are protected against a virus that they aren’t going to get anyhow.

Call it a conspiracy, call it a confluence of Elitist interests, I don’t care.
It’s Bull Shit to think that they could develop a vaccine for a New Novel Virus in under a year.
It strains credulity and I’m not a gull.
