Via Zerohedge: Just twelve hours after it was filed, the US Supreme Court has officially put Texas’s lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin on the docket, meaning the case will be heard.
UPDATE: Louisiana has signed on to the Texas suit.

Evening update: *I think* SCOTUS has voted 6 -3 to hear the Texas case, now joined by at least 7 other states. GA, MI, WI, and PA have until Thursday at 3pm to respond. There are numerous reports on it, but also confusion.
This appears to be a useful thread from Ron Coleman. Start here.

How are they going to not report this, I wonder.
It will be easy, they just won’t. The New York Times already sold out to China, judging by their reporting. Who knows what favors Carlos Slim can extract from the ChiComs for the trivial favor.
Philly Inquirer not touching the Chinese spy story either. I just e-mailed a bunch of their reporters calling them pathetic frauds. Friggin soi-boy fairies never reply anymore.
I am in Swallwell’s congressional district and posted it this morning. I think it was shadow banned because I haven’t received any responses from my right winger friends. Nada.
The suppression media isn’t main stream anymore.
Texas is essentially saying to the courts that their State is fulfilling their Constitutional Obligations in this election in following their Constitutional Mandated Laws and these other States broke the law and their Constitutional Obligations.
Don’t mess with TEXAS!
We can thank Florida for this.
Back in the Al Gore vs Bush days.
There are now eights states which have joined the Texas suit: Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota.
Why my conservative Midwestern state hasn’t joined them, I don’t know. I’m going to contact our AG.
I was reading or watching somewhere that electors can not be sent to the electoral college by a state (or perhaps it was particular states) if there is a dispute about the election that comes up before a certain date and they have not resolved it (or followed the process to resolve it) by a certain date (fast approaching). If this case being heard takes too long before the supreme court then nobody reaches the 270 votes needed in the electoral college and a different process kicks in.
No particular legal insight here, just an observation. Is Texas trying to #StopTheSteal on it’s own?
The House of Representatives kicks in to vote for President…
28 Republicans…………….22 Democrats which means President Trump wins!
I think its 26 to 23 – and I don’t think that its mandatory they support Trump. I’ve seen a few differing opinions on this that are contradictory.
That loser creep Romney from Utah will vote for the Dem.
No, not the Senate, CONGRESS votes, based on STATE delegation majorities, not by each member. GOP has the majority in both current and the next Congress. And NANZI gets to preside. DELICIOUS
Actually, in that situation, a specially convened congress of one delegate from each state vote for the president, not the House.
30 states have Republican administrations. Trump still wins.
Not that I expect that to happen, mind you, on Dec. 14 the electoral college will vote for Biden.
That’s pretty much it in a nutshell.
I think each state gets a vote
However each state has both Democrat and Republican Congress congressman.
So then which stateS Are controlled by a majority Dem and majority Republican
It’s at this link

Bottom line I don’t think it’s as open and shut as many think
Interesting. These corrupt states essentially disenfranchised Texas voters, so yeah – way to go Texas!
Yep – Texas votes don’t matter if enough fraud votes are counted. And it makes sense, that of all the States in the Union, Texas would be the one with enough stones to stand up and call the RF (Rogue Four) to account.
Don’t mess with Texas!
Would be a joy to see at least 30 other states step up with lawsuits of their own. After all, their voters were discounted too – their legitimate votes flooded out by a sea of fake votes, allowed and sanctioned by officials in those rogue states.
Today’s political phrase is Equal Protection Clause, the 14th Amendment.
That’s what stopped the recounts in FL and forced Gore to concede. Google tried to tell me otherwise, but it was 7-2 on that issue.
In a per curiam decision, the Court first ruled 7–2 (Justices Stevens and Ruth Bader Ginsburg dissenting), strictly on equal protection grounds, that the recount be stopped. Specifically, the use of different standards of counting in different counties violated the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution. – Wiki
The argument is going to be whether the election theft is so big the courts can’t do anything about it. It’s kind of like the Biden laptop, and the Chinese spies. Stories so big nobody in the MSM dare report them.
Bush vs Gore.
I remember it well. Most of all when the leader of the FL supreme court told his fellow judges. If we keep changing the rules. The Fed Supreme court would step in.
Then it happened.
Noted USC professor in the brief states the odds of Biden winning based on statistics is 1 quadrillion to 1.
Couldn’t find the methodology in the brief though.
both sides have gone quiet as whores in church .
even the MSM is quiet
Hey Cal2…….. Being from Assachusetts, Would you mind if I used your Phrase..(Quiet as a Whore in Church)
We have so many WHORES in our statehouse in Boston, it fits the Narrative every time…..
Just Another Taxachusetts Deplorable!!
Its getting tougher and tougher for the FAKE MEDIA to keep up the lies, with this, and events to come, they just don’t know how to respond.
That’s the problem with sociopathic liars. Pretty soon, the lies, piled on top of each other, can no longer hold water and support the previous stories and narratives, and the entire story will collapse on itself.
The Democrats might ask the Trump appointed Supreme Court Justices to recuse themselves. The basis:
Since the Democrats lied about the nominees in the hearings, the Justices might hold it against them. 🙂
Woohoo Texas!
It must be sort of how Albertans and Saskatchawanians feel about Ontariowes an K-becers.
Happy Day of Infamy Speech Day. More States declare war.

SCOTUS only denied injunctive relief in PA. Case is still open.

Huh – and I was just listening to Fox news on my drive home and as I understood it the Supreme court denied their case in Pennsylvania . Did I misunderstand or is more MSM BS?
FOXNew has gone to the dark side. They are hoping by not reporting it, it will just go away.
Fox News works for the enemy. Stop listening to Fox, they lie just like MSNBC, NPR, CBS, CBC, BBC and the rest of the servants of evil. The SC didn’t deny the case. It only rejected the injunction. The case remains open.
I can’t repeat this enough. Fox is on the side of the enemy. They take their orders from the CCP/DNC.
If there was uncertainty beforehand, FAUX’s abrupt left turn was obvious on election night. Signs beforehand were things like Newt Gingrich being silenced mid-sentence for saying GEORGE SOROS. Newt, of all people. Surprised he still appears there, his fees must be worth it, somehow.
Since then, the -little- I’ve seen, reinforces the fact that FAUX has gone to the dark side.
This past Sunday Chrissy Wallace had as one of his guests, that lying, duplicitous criminal spook, John Brennan. Didn’t watch it, but saw the report after.
Jumped the Shark.
Gave their business away. Tired of being the constant ratings winner, somehow.
Mark Levin doesn’t sound so enthused. Terrific.
It looks like Mike Kelly’s motion is being ruled out?!
Has anyone seen a valid explanation for thousands of ballots coming in at about 3:00 am!? How does the electoral system explain this?
It is curious that we haven’t seen more states join Texas in court, since the way the electoral college works wholesale fraud in 4 states disenfranchises every American, not just the citizens of the 4 states where fraud occurred.

Wait for it. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-texas-supreme-court-election-lawsuit
FOX news is reporting the Texas suit to the US Supreme Court. This is the best chance for Trump after the other individual tries are nullified. Hannity has it well covered.

Justices won’t stop Pennsylvania from certifying election for Biden
The Supreme Court on Tuesday turned down a request from Pennsylvania Republicans to block the state from certifying the results of the Nov. 3 election for President-elect Joe Biden.
With less than eight hours remaining before the “safe harbor” deadline for states to finalize the post-election certification of their votes in the Electoral College, the court issued a one-sentence order denying the plea to intervene from Rep. Mike Kelly and other allies of President Donald Trump.
There were no recorded dissents.

The point is that a deadline was about to pass [which is why Alito scheduled it early]
The post goes on to mention another case that won’t be considered until next year
and mentions the “long shot” Texas suit against other states. “civil-law war”
Scotus Blog is pretty far left, not some unbiased source. It’s not actually part of the SCOTUS.
Here is the docket at SCOTUS.
https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/22o155.html
In a blog post, Richard L. Hasen, a law professor at the University of California, Irvine,
called the Texas filing a “press release masquerading as a lawsuit.”
He listed what he said were its shortcomings:
“Texas doesn’t have standing to raise these claims as it has no say over how other states choose electors;
it could raise these issues in other cases and does not need to go straight to the Supreme Court;
it waited too late to sue;
the remedy Texas suggests of disenfranchising tens of millions of voters after the fact is unconstitutional;
there’s no reason to believe the voting conducted in any of the states was done unconstitutionally;
it’s too late for the Supreme Court to grant a remedy even if the claims were meritorious (they are not).”

“the remedy Texas suggests of disenfranchising tens of millions of voters”
That’s already happened by the fraud. Texas is claiming that by allowing massive fraud, which PA has, Texas has been disenfranchised. Since there is no way to order a new election in the case of the POTUS, the Constitution has prescribed a different process involving elected officials. Congressional and Senate do overs have been ordered in the past on less evidence.
A Democrat who lost her congressional race is taking it to the House. I guess that the crime here is too big to be punished is your take.
“the remedy Texas suggests of disenfranchising tens of millions of voters after the fact is unconstitutional”
The courts are loath to intervene in what is considered a state’s jurisdiction which includes running their own version of the election. The question never answered is how many legitimate votes were in those boxes of ballots counted after midnight on election day.
Well before November 3, this blog site linked the Veritas videos showing the ballot harvesting and gathering of names, any names, to assign a ballot to. The Democrats didn’t even try to hide what they were doing; they were just a bit more blatant about it this election.
It’s the old “You can’t put me in prison, I’m an orphan” defense by the guy who killed his parents.
Besides, SCOTUS could make some rulings that would make this kind of activity far more difficult in the future. This is about future elections as much as this one, and the Texas suit points that out. If Democrats get control of all branches, they will simply change the rules so that they can never lose again, like they did in Washington and Colorado. All elections are mail in and no Republican has won a state wide election in those states since.
Postal workers are heavily partisan Democrats.
That’s why SCOTUS is taking the case, because it has no merit. Bullshit your friends if you want to, but don’t bullshit us.
a law professor, hmmmm, someone that no one should ever listen to or believe, a liar who teaches others how to lie.

I guess you are allowed to seek remedies for fraud as long as it’s not a presidential election.
