Using AI to create comics is nothing new. In the mid-1980s, I read an article that computing experimenters created a program that could write novels. One title I remembered from that news item was The Policeman’s Beard Is Half-constructed.
Several years ago, I found a copy of it on the Internet and I downloaded and read it. The plot, such as it was, turned out to be about as incomprehensible and bizarre as the title. Maybe that was the whole point.
Mind you, I found it much more entertaining than the one and only Jane Austen novel I read, and that was because it was assigned as part of the freshman undergrad year course I was taking.
The escalator item made my think of Canadians and their approach to freedom.
