1. So the Ethics committee acts without a moral compass? How refreshing! (sarcasm off)

   1. Yeah Codex, kinda like the UN human rights council members, we should collectively all be ashamed of what has become of Canada, thanks to the Laurentian elites. We allowed this to happen. Wexit!

4. Pretty hard to blame a Liberal for Liberalling. I blame canadians for voting them into power, and I blame Albertans for not separating 40 years ago. We’re getting exactly what we expected and what we deserve. It will only get worse.

   And yes, I blame myself just as much for supporting “conservative” parties instead of separatist parties. That has changed. Keep voting for corruption and tyranny, but don’t complain about it when you get exactly what you voted for.

7. Politicians on ethics committees is like having the defendant’s relatives on their jury. If any committee should be independent of Parliament it is this one.

   1. Was just thinking something similar.

      This is where the “reasonable man” test should always be applied, and not by the people bound by these so-called rules. This is fox/henhouse-level crap, but the system will resist any sort of change, because it’s the system. Stuff like this is what makes a sane, reasonable gender-unspecified Earth inhabitant want to indulge in some direct action.

   I’m thoroughly disgusted with the corrupt leadership in this country. RCMP should investigate. Oh wait…they’re corrupt too. Sheeit!
