   1. The ‘Boss’ wrote a couple of good tunes, otherwise he is just another shouter with a guitar. He is also a dopey leftist. Not an entirely bright person … an ingrate and a hypocrite. And Clarence Clemens was a terrible saxophone player.

      1. The only album of his that I liked was Born In The USA, which actually had some good songs on it. Many of them were about the economic circumstances at the time, which was during the mid-1980s.  I happened to be out of work, thanks to PET’s NEP, so some of them could have been about people like me.

   1. Fortunately this, um, person, is in the US Justice system in Buffalo, and not a couple of miles west in Ontario’s, um, “justice” scheme.

With four hundred million or so humanoids on our continent I am not surprised by regular reports of individuals doing things that are unimaginable, I have a some issues with this individual’s story. She is obviously a big fan of the USA and wanted to live there. She had recently been dealt with by the US legal system, including being fingerprinted and deported. Then she leaves her fingerprints on the ricin envelope and shows up at the border driving a car? Is this a variant of suicide by cop, room and board in a US prison as a lifestyle choice? Also, I want to know how she manufactured ricin, maybe that’s an easy thing to do but I want to know if she had others helping her.

   So what sort of reimbursement should that victim of reality get?

   I suggest the death penalty is what is called for in a civil society. We don’t want murderous creatures like this woman running loose. Justin Trudeau running loose is quite enough for one fake country.

   1. I don’t want people like Juthtin Trudeau (or Rob Fuckhead Ford for that matter) given the power to pursue the death penalty because they would.

5. Working from memory here, one recalls the unhinged woman who tried to assassinate then-President Gerald Ford with a handgun. The handgun misfires, fortunately, and the Secret Service agents were quick to stop any further protest action (borrowing a phrase from the CBC). As I recall her brain was not all there.

   1. It was Squeaky Fromme who tried to kill Ford, she of Charles Manson fame. She served 34 years in the slammer for this. She forgot to chamber a round in her 45-cal semi-automatic, which save saved Ford.
