A recently leaked phone call between then-Vice President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko directly after the 2016 presidential election shows that Biden sought to sabotage the incoming Trump administration before Donald Trump even took office, and much worse.
During the course of the call, Biden badmouthed the incoming administration, saying, “The truth of the matter is that the incoming administration doesn’t know a great deal about [Ukraine]” and that they were unprepared for the transition. This in itself is inappropriate, but it was meant to set the stage for Biden’s next statement and future plan
This is still The Donald’s fault though.
If President Trump had not won the election, then Joe wouldn’t have had to phone the Ukraine and create a back-channel. He could have continued on in the normally corrupted manner that he had become accustomed to. Obviously then, it’s not Joe BiteMe’s fault

My question is who leaked the call, U.S., Ukraine, or Russia; and if U.S. what operation, and who knew for what reason? How was the information suppressed? Was operation Crosswire Fartstorm a preemptive countermeasure? This is the modus operandi of the Democrat party.
According to the article, it was leaked by a member of the Ukranian parliament.

Now, as to who would leak this?
Well they would first have to be intimate enough with the event in question to know there was a recording and they would also want an October surprise that could potentially take Biden off the ticket.
That sort of narrows it down to someone in the preceding Oval Office administration that wants to put someone else in as the democrat nominee.
Democrats should change their name to DeMarxists to truly reflect their political character, or Juxtaposition to reveal their dishonesty.
Real conspiracies like the seditious attempt to illegally remove Donald Trump are dismissed, obfuscated or spun away, or simply ignored.
Actual interference in the electoral process that is fully documented, like the aforementioned collusion frame, and now the Ukraine revelation are dismissed as conspiracy theories. They must be a terrified lot now with Barr and Durham closing in on the apparatchiks.
