  1. For those playing along at home. Flynn was interviewed and a 302 form was filled out that day, which is the FBI’s summary of the interview. This original form concluded that Flynn thought he was being truthful when answering. However, two weeks later, Peter Stzrok edited the 302 and sent it to Lisa Page. The summary of the edited 302 was a different conclusion.

Then, the DOJ didn’t turn over the original 302 when providing exculpatory evidence. Most recently (when caught with their pants down and the original’s existence was discovered) the DOJ claimed they could no longer find it.

Why is this important? Well, in an investigation the most accurate summary to the layman would be the one that was done immediately following the interview. In addition, the two FBI agents had specific roles in the interview. Stzrok asked the questions. The second agent took notes and studied body language (standard FBI procedure). However, the edit was done by Stzrok alone. The second agent was given no input in the edited summary. Those items and more make the second 302 basically useless and could be shot down rather simply by any competent defense attorney…provided the original is provided for comparison. The DOJ was trying to suggest that the original didn’t even exist. US Attorney’s office broke the law by not providing the original when counsel for Flynn request exculpatory evidence. You may recall that the lead counsel (Van Grack) was removed from this case and all his other cases after the third party was brought in to review the case (Jensen). Now you know why. He should be facing charges, but I believe that would require Judge Sullivan to pursue. He won’t.

    1. 302? What 302? You are on the right track for sure but add this, if this was a counterintelligence investigation why was a 302 necessary in the first place, which is not procedure according to the writer below.

“Information gathered in counterintelligence investigations, to include interview results, normally are reported via an internal FBI document called an electronic communication and not by 302, since counterintelligence investigations are classified and do not involve criminal process.”

It might be surmised that Strzok immediately recognized Flynn’s mendacity and possible criminal exposure for lying and so committed the interview to a 302. But this doesn’t align with Comey’s reported assertions to Congress that the interviewing agents did not believe Flynn intentionally lied to them. And yet, we have a 302 written the same day the interview occurred. Something doesn’t seem right.” None of this sordid seditious stinking swamp stratagem is anything close to “right.”

This bunch didn’t do anything by the book and now they must find a way to extricate themselves.

Political karma at work. They all lied from the get-go and now anybody who wants to knows that.

You kind of answered your own question with Brock’s quote. They, absolutely, required criminal process. There was nothing illegal in the phone conversation with Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. The goal was a perjury trap. This, obviously, requires criminal process, not counter intelligence.

        1. Yes, and that also proves Comey lied to Trump when asked if POTUS was under investigation.

Comey weasels out a talking point he was sort of telling the truth because he perceived the question to be about a criminal, not counterintelligence investigation, mind reader that he is. You know; what the meaning of is is.

Now we know it was a criminal investigation all along, further exacerbating their culpable rogue agent mendacity.

They thought their butts were covered, proceeding even after Trump won; now Barr and Durham have them in a sling.

  2. Very good explanation, but “edit” is too polite term for what was done, the 302 was changed, falsified, texts with her lover show Lisa Page had input into the changes.

” the most important substantive changes were made to the Flynn 302,” the filing reads. “Those changes added an unequivocal statement that ‘FLYNN stated he did not’ — in response to whether Mr. Flynn had asked Kislyak to vote in a certain manner or slow down the UN vote. This is a deceptive manipulation because, as the notes of the agents show, Mr. Flynn was not even sure he had spoken to Russia/Kislyak on this issue. He had talked to dozens of countries.”
“Second, they added: ‘or if KISLYAK described any Russian response to a request by FLYNN.’ That question and answer do not appear in the notes, yet it was made into a criminal offense. The typed version of the highly unusual ‘deliberative’ 302 by that date already included an entire section from whole cloth that also serves as a criminal charge in the Information and purported factual basis regarding ‘Russia’s response’ to any request by Flynn. The draft also shows that the agents moved a sentence to make it seem to be an answer to a question it was not.”

It’s really interesting stuff, major history being made.

  3. I think S Powell will get an injunction to stop proceedings, and then have Sullivan removed from the case, as he said in court that Fynn committed treason, and the fool he is bringing in has also made a judgement call (opinion article) on the case, both are compromized, and O’Butthole quacking off is also trouble some. O’Butthole claimed perjury, and I think that was to try to get Emmett to charge Fynn with that over pleading guilty , while he now says he isn’t.

    1. I think this is going to go on for a while. No injunction. Something hokey is going on in the DC Court system. Stone and Mannafort both had their cases assigned to the most politically partisan judge on the books (Judge Amy Berman Jackson)….who not only stretches the law to reflect the DOJ’s wishes, but then throws a gag order on the defendant so it can’t make the news cycle. Followed up with taking a white collar convict and throwing them in solitary confinement (by Judge’s order) when the ultimate goal was to get said defendants to testify in some fashion against Trump. Strange behavior.

The Appellate Court down there is brimming over with Obama nominees…and I think the assignment desk on cases is very suspect. It’s gotten to the point where you have to question whether it’s been compromised…or more concerning, whether the judges themselves have been compromised.

Again, I remind everyone that over a long period of time outside contractors were mining the NSA mega-data to the tune of about 85% illegal searches (10’s of thousands of records). This was done for political opposition research, we’re learning. But, it could also be done to secure compromising information on just about anyone from Judges, to Defense attorneys all the way up to Supreme Court nominees. It was so bad that Admiral Rodgers shut it down the minute he knew it was occurring. The wife of Glenn Simpson (Fusion GPS) is on the visitor’s log to the White House the very next day (less than 24 hours later).

      1. It’s assured that those judges are compromised. Apparently Sully is best buds with the former judge on this file, who stepped aside because his dirty fingers are all over the FISA fiasco as well.
Sully has been outrageous, and there’s no doubt that if he somehow succeeds in his persecution of Flynn, that his statements and actions make an appeal certain, and likely winnable.
One pundit said that they thought the strategy for Sullivan was an attempt to get TRUMP to pardon Flynn prior to the election. Interesting thought. But Flynn has done nothing wrong that an honourable man wouldn’t do. He protected his family from a tyrannical authority, by plea bargaining for their safety.
The US is on the verge of a socialist tyranny, and TRUMP seems the only one strong and brave enough to face that terror as leader.

  4. And the big picture problem isn’t Obama and Holder bringing Chicago style corruption to National government. The big problem is 58 million people who voted for Obama. And worse, still support him. While I’m at it the myth of the non partisan government law dog resolutely chasing down the bad guys with steely eyed resolve is exactly that. A myth. They are partisan hacks right down to the night shift janitor.

  5. Let me suggest another huge problem.

Former newspapers of record the New York Times and the Washington Post have both came out and called Obamagate a crock.
And the rest are on a Trump hunt.

Much like Canada, it’s hard to jail the real crooks when the Mainstream Media is busy calling them heroes.

  7. This is quite the scab, being peeled back and there is a whole lot more to come.
The fake Newz clowns are getting desperate and ever more stupid.
They are now, telling the public that unauthorized spying is “routine”, normal even.
That every check, every restriction and every law forbidding bureaucratic over reach, abuse of State Power, can be routinely ignored, cast aside and broken, by the anointed.
    Cause they know best .

The Demon Rats, who supplied or share those talking points, repeat the same bunk..
    Translation?
“Rules are for the little people.”
Or as they told Trump;”There are no rules Sucker” when they threatened him and his.
Does not sell well, especially as your grip on power is seen to be slipping.

This is the reason I believe things are different this time.
The unbelievable assault on the current President, his friends and family has evolved into Trump Derangement Syndrome, where the suffers are so enraged they accidently speak truth.
TDS is real and may be fatal for the truly corrupt.
Different this time because President Trump cannot govern unless he is seen to crush the raging maniacs.
Malice this foul cannot go unanswered.
Self exposure and the power to declassify are gifts ..
Like a slow motion movie of a train wreck,we have been spectators to this theatre.
Master Showman meets ugly actors, who will the audience cheer for?
The exposure of the Uni-Party and their hand in this, that alone was worth the price of admission.
    Act 2 is coming,Trump is selling tickets,sales stop 3rd November 2020.

I have not been so entertained in decades.

    2. “They are now, telling the public that unauthorized spying is “routine”, normal even.” YES that is “True”, but the Unmaskers leaked Raw Intelligence information to the WAPO & NYT …It was a criminal political enterprise run by OBAMA… The FBI does close investigations all the time, but those never see the light of day unless a security clearance (latter) becomes an issue….until Obama

The children in the Media are saying that Flynn is guilty & does not deserve to have the charges withdrawn, that is a crock.. Every Day Courts punish Prosecutors (they pay no Penalty) by dismissing all charges….The SCOTUS overturns Death penalties when the lower Court has made Mistakes…. This case is a Slam Dunk for Flynn at every level & the Court knows it….A direct Appeal to SCOTUS will stop the dealing turds

The only open issue is OBAMA’s indictment… and his dirty cops… That is what the Courts are all about

      JMHO

  8. Overall, the whole issue shows the total incompetence of the Obama foreign policy efforts. I can’t help thinking that what happened to Flynn was directly related to the ego of the President at the time.

Obama imposed sanctions (significant ones) on Russia after a little back and forth (dismissing diplomats from US and Russian soil etc). When Obama imposed these significant sanctions he and the CIA apparatus could not understand why Russia didn’t react. That’s when they went looking at communications which eventually turned up the Flynn/ Kislyak call. Essentially, it involved Flynn saying that he didn’t think escalating the matter would be a good idea…but there was no elaboration. Russia, obviously, thought…well, lets wait it out and see what the new administration is like.

Obama must have taken offense and considered it someone stepping on his feet…and decided to make an example of Flynn. This whole thing might come down to pettiness and ego which really isn’t hard to believe considering Obama’s documented behavior.

  9. As interesting and revealing as this is, I’ve just about had it with reading about this. I want it to be over. This has been going on for far too long. Justice delayed is justice denied regarding all this Deep State treachery. People need to pay AND SOON or else patriots will begin to take matters into their own hands on behalf of Flynn and DJT. There’s literally millions of Deplorables and maybe a couple dozen sinister creeps who have it coming. I hope they don’t think we won’t exact our own revenge. Because we will.

    1. That sound like a Philly guy… Sid… The air is thick & they better hope Trump gets it done… Trump is the Courts only Hope…..We don’t need Communists or Gangsters, nor their Judges….

  10. General Flynn was under investigation by President Obama and his cabal from 2012 onwards. On wonders what happened in 2012 that mad the president angry …

  11. Picked this up, this is by a retired US Naval Officer. I assume who was in intel at one time.
Apparently the lid is coming off the Obama Illegal spying in a big way. What we have heard so far is only about Gen. Flynn.
But there was massive amounts of data turned over to Durham, the list for Flynn was only 39 names.
Apparently this is the MOAB about to drop on the whole Obama Administration and people will be going to jail.
The spying when on from 2012 and was very wide spread involving thousands of American citizens being spied on illegally.
Obama and his legacy may include jail. It is unprecedented and very very bad. https://libertyunyielding.com/2020/05/16/in-the-foyer-of-the-20-room-asylum-interpreting-the-first-round-of-unmasking-revelations/

    1. “In January 1995, FBI chief Louis Freeh announced that the FBI had completed its self-investigation, which effectively confirmed that the bureau was still immaculate”

That is the SAME low life Louis Freeh that went after Joe Paterno @ Pen State… One sick SOB
