In the case of Flynn, the sewage is flowing out and away.

How about OPP, there was a incident of a fake cop this week or last week stopping people on the road.
Open an investigation with neither probable cause nor evidence a crime has been committed at all.
Use the bogus premise of the ancient and obscure Logan Act, as Steyn pointed out, Flynn was incoming NSA, not a “private citizen.”
Target a man who was too busy serving his nation to get rich in office like so many Dems, to threaten him with bogus charges against his son to intimidate him, to break him, to “prosecute him or get him fired.” It’s the FBI’s job to get people fired?
All they had to do was charge Flynn’s son, to torpedo his career that way. Why didn’t they? I suspect because they had no case.
In the act of targeting this innocent man, he was subjected to many illegal leaks, under the thumb of nasty authoritarians.
It is enough, imho, to throw the whole thing out, with prosecutor sanctions, by denying the accused counsel.
What if police, while interviewing a suspect, after he asks if he needs a lawyer, tell him he doesn’t, it would just confuse things.
That would establish poison fruit, all evidence garnered thrown out, and the prosecutor called on the carpet.
Ah, but they got him to plea. Flynn was targeted for three reasons:
1. He was hated by the Obama administration which was keen to destroy him.
2. They also feared him because he had developed some instincts and knowledge of the swamp and its disdain for justice.
3. He was on Trump’s team and vulnerable since, as mentioned before , his military service denied him resources for lawyers.
BUT MOST OF ALL, HIS ORIGINAL COUNSEL, COVINGTON, WERE AT BEST INCOMPETENT, AT WORST, IN ON THE FRAME UP.
Meanwhile the cynical, corrupt and criminal Obama apparatchiks had public resources available to do their dirt.
