  1. When I see a storm that has tornadic potential I do my best to get as far as possible from it or hide from it underground. I do not understand this need to endanger oneself to get as close as possible. Much as I like Reed I do think one of these days he’s going to push too close and too hard and end up killed by one of these things.

  2. Just checked with our family near there. They are ok. No property damage, but spent almost an hour in the storm cellar. There were 3 bad storms that criss-crossed their area. I was in El Reno when the three professional storm chasers were killed. The Weather Channel guys also took a ride on that storm. Demolished their vehicle, but they limped away. I’ve lived in Oklahoma most of my 72 years. You learn quick, don’t screw around with those things. Reed is an idiot.

    1. When the EF4 hit our area in 2018, I was hiding in my basement. I was not doing what so many of my neighbours did, which was jump in their trucks and chase the demon to get pictures.
