  1. They are just going to write more regulations, without any punishment requirement for violations…. Total BS to let all the Obama criminal’s “get out of jail free cards” The administration of Law Societies MUST change to Society Controlled discipline Boards,,,…,You was a Judge… until coin exchanged hands

    1. Slap shot, you are correct. The pattern shows that nothing will be done. Sound and fury signifying nothing.

  2. Is this a sign that Chief Justice John Roberts has finally found his courage?

A sign that maybe the FISA Court judges are realizing that they were played for fools by the FBI? Judges have very high, inflated opinions of themselves. They might not have liked being played by the FBI, DOJ, and CIA in the Carter Page/ Illegal Spying on the Donald Trump Campaign and Presidency; but they could ignore it and say it was isolated, never happened before, would not happen again, except it wasn’t isolated, it wasn’t one off, it wasn’t just one time. The FISA Court have their noses ground in it, and Congress and the Libertarians, Civil Rights believers and Right side are all completely p—ed off. Either the Court takes this seriously, or Congress will bipartisanly kill FISA. By seriously, they better demand prosecutions, and hold the FBI and DOJ officials responsible, or the judges will look as weak, ineffective and bumbling as they actually are.

I hope Congress kills that Unconstitutional Abomination anyway.

I also hope that Chief Justice Roberts retires to head a prestigious law school in President Trump’s second term.

    1. Either the Court takes this seriously, or Congress will bipartisanly kill FISA.
The coming Congress might. The current Congress is saddled by mad women and crazy men.

  3. Does anyone think that the only country that will actually come out ahead in this is: China?

They’re getting back to work, all deaths aside, while we’re almost completely shutting down. Years ago (the Liberals in Ontario were in power a LONG time), the only thing they introduced that most agreed with was ‘Family Day’. Some of the arguments, most put forward by Conservatives and some sounding valid, were of how the economy would suffer from just a one day shut down… One day

Are we fooked, while China again fires up the ovens? We’re tragically so far in debt, and we could be stalled until summer. For the first time in my life, and in all the stupid situations I’ve ever got myself into, I’m honestly frightened about my future. At 50, I’m not 20

  4. Correct Kate, they always dump on Friday when no one is looking. With everyone in jail these days maybe someone just might take a look.

  5. Will the targets of illegal surveillance be notified? If so, expect a whole lot of law suits and subsequent discoveries. Either a lot more embarrassing info to come out, or some substantial payouts to the targets, or both.

FBI and DoJ ignoring/downplaying the issue won’t make it go away.

  6. […]… A review of a sampling of 29 FISA applications from eight field offices from 2015-on by the OIG found no [that’s none, zero, zilch, nada] surveillance/spy applications complied with the Woods procedures. In other words, not one supported the claims within the FISA warrants….[…]

    did you get that ?

NOT one of the 29 is valid, in other words it is a gigantic FRAUD ( like 99 % of what leftists say and do )

it was a COUP against Trump, and it was done trough a lot of ILLEGAL operations

Some Democrats should be in jail

There should be mass arrest of dozens of Democrats

    1. It’s still not a coup. That all 29 had problems indicate a systemic problem. It’s not focused on Trump.

      1. UnMe,

you just say the opposite of what anyone who is not a leftist says

you don t make sense, you have no argument

you just say the opposite of what we say

you are probably paid to do that

if not then you are retarded

  7. I think Atkinson’s removal (likely at the recommendation of Ric Grenell) is a hint at what’s about to happen in the intelligence community in general. The IG is a big line of defense for those who have been bad actors in the alphabet agencies. This suggests Grenell is about to move on, at least, a portion of them and his first step was to remove the obstacle which is a politically motivated Inspector General.

Hilariously, the press tried to give time to the “retribution” narrative, but no one with half a brain and that has the ability to prioritize cares. They have other concerns. Trump is the master of the “Squirrel!!!” technique. No one does that any better. Additionally, if it ever did gain traction, all they would have to do is release the transcripts or Atkinson’s closed door testimony, which has been pending for a long time and is said to be damning.

You have to keep in mind that the intelligence agencies are rife with employees who were part of the “March though the Institutions.” Back in the 70’s, the CIA (in particular) was the outright “Devil” according to the Left. The process was to institute like thinking Leftists into these agencies and change it from the inside out. As you can tell, they were relatively successful. Today, a large portion of the analyst sections of these agencies are staffed with professorial types recruited from Ivy League colleges (inclusive of staff) and activist organizations. Over the years, a good portion of these types wormed their way up into decision making positions, mid-management, and in some case executive management.

So, what happens next? Well, I had thought that they would avoid the red tape of removing employees and just do a bulk downsizing (which a president can do). But, the removal of the Inspector General suggests they are going after some of these bad actors for cause. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that Admiral M. Rogers is acting as an advisory role for Ric Grenell. Because, you will recall that 85% of the searches into the NSA mega-data were illegal until he shut it down. Other issues for cause would be anyone involved in fudging the numbers on ISIS (which was shown to have occurred just before Obama’s re-election). In short, I suspect a lot of people in the intelligence community are about to get their walking papers (and worse). But, you’ll likely, never hear about most of them unless they run to the press. However, that’s not going to benefit the Democrat party…so, yeah, you’ll likely never even hear about who gets 86’d and why.

      What does it mean?

If Trump does not get re-elected, then the soft coup is successful, and the entire process stops suddenly, all the conspirators will carry on with their Deep State operations, the graft and corruption will continue.

This has taken FAR too long. Justice moves painfully slow.

If Trump loses, those that have been running this process will be gone like a hot knife through butter. And it will be 4 wasted years, all for nothing.

        1. “2020 is in the bag. ”

LOL. This is what happens when you get high on your own supply. You also start to see ‘coups’ that are figments of your imagination.

          1. Not even close, UnMe. We’re talking Reagan/Mondale type numbers. Oh, and btw….I didn’t vote for Trump in the primary of 2016. I still don’t like the guy. But, he’s a better choice than all the other ones….because all the other ones are horrendous. I’m a realist…not a cheerleader. However, when you see the enthusiasm gap between Trump voters and Democrat voters (which is a massive 30% right now)…you have to pay attention. Critical thinking, Unme…work on that.

As far as “coups” go. I could care less how people interpret continuous and obvious attempts to remove a legally elected president. The simple fact of the matter is that each time these attempts have been made prior, during and after the 2016 election, the current president has established more credibility in making those accusations. It’s humorous, because if the media and the opposition would just shut up and let Trump proceed on his own volition he would do more damage to himself than they could ever do.

Here’s a good one to think on. For the last four years the Left has spouted on about applying the 25th Amendment to remove Trump stating that he is not fit psychologically to serve as president. Yet, their current candidate thinks he’s running for Senate, can’t keep track of the number of grandchildren he has, and sometimes just dazes off during a press conference.

Again, critical thinking…work on that, Unme.

          2. “However, when you see the enthusiasm gap between Trump voters and Democrat voters (which is a massive 30% right now)…you have to pay attention.”

Bernie had a much more enthusiastic base than Biden. Got him another silver medal. Enthusiasm this far out does not matter, especially when it’s clear that Democrats are as motivated as they were in 2018.

“the current president has established more credibility in making those accusations. ”

No he hasn’t and saying he has won’t make it so.

“Yet, their current candidate thinks he’s running for Senate, can’t keep track of the number of grandchildren he has, and sometimes just dazes off during a press conference.”

Biden shows his age. Trump shows his tertiary syphilis. There’s a difference of degree.

        2. I to don’t care for Nikki…. She caves for all the wrong reasons..She and the Ohio jelly bean are alike…

    2. What’s been happening so far is that honest people who did their jobs have been fired. Which is why it’s critical that Trump lose in November.

      1. That’s a good one. Bernie never had significant enthusiasm other than a small block of dimwits. In fact, this year’s primary confirms that he didn’t have the drawing power on younger voters that was claimed. He had less than he did in 2016. In short, he lost support over the last 4 years. The entire Democrat part did if you can believe their own exit polls. And, about enthusiasm not mattering this far out? 200 days away there, pal. Only 200 days…and the current guy in the big chair has just increased his support and his base is rabid to get to election day. Those 20k and 30k rally totals should have told you that. Critical thinking….Unme…you’re falling short.

And, yes, each time Democrats shut down the House for Impeachment that never happens. Each time a special counsel is trotted out and finds nothing. Each time any and every issue results in the Left taking the contrary position no matter how absolutely insane that position may be (which usually contradicts the majority of Americans)…it adds credibility to the guy in the big chair. But, keep on plugging away with your projection in believing the contrary. It’s how you get trounced.

You might not believe this, but your comments actually buoy up and encourage other posters here. They see your projection and inanity and realize this is what the Left actually believes…and is obvious fantasy. In truth…keep plugging away, Unme. Your comments show the absolute bankruptcy of veracity or…critical thinking.

        1. “the current guy in the big chair has just increased his support and his base is rabid to get to election day. Those 20k and 30k rally totals should have told you that.”

I love being told on ‘critical thinking’ by someone who thinks that rallies matter. They didn’t deliver for Bernie, they won’t for Donnie. Donnie’s ‘rally ’round the flag’ rally was smaller than those of other world leaders and much smaller than Carter’s during the hostage crisis. Not that the facts will dissuade you from grasping straws and calling the blood smears ‘critical thinking’.

“it adds credibility to the guy in the big chair. But, keep on plugging away with your projection in believing the contrary. It’s how you get trounced.”

Actually it’s how the Democrats took the House and how they may very well take the Senate and WH next year. Baghdad Bob was more grounded than you.

  8. The Western world has by incremental steps become a society that operates on a social construct or contract. We pay taxes and abide by the law under the assumption that the governments we elect will perform as they are required to do to fulfil our expectations. One of our expectations is that no one is above the law, it is to be applied equally, without distinction. That expectation has now fallen under a cloud and if there are no steps taken to prosecute those who are guilty, then the system will fail. If the justice system fails then society as a whole will fail, and then it is every man, woman and child for themselves. That is the scenario that now faces us. The result will be more dire than the pandemic we now face. There is an abusive/criminal element in every government which is accepted to a degree by society, however when that element is in your face proven to be so corrupt as to endanger the foundation of society and no effort is expanded to curtail and bring it to heel then we no longer deserve to be a society. If the perpetrators are not brought before justice and punished then the pandemic we are going through now will be as a pimple on an elephants backside as to what happens next.

  9. This is basically what ACLU and other respected civil libertarian organizations warned of when the PATRIOT act passed. The widespread nature of these problems indicates btw that this was not targeted at Trump. It’s systemic.

    1. if it systemic why was it not done to Obama but was done INTENSIVELY to Trump?

what ridiculous thing will you say next?

you are a paid troll or your IQ is 65
