  1. If the chicom flue persists how much longer will it be before store shelves begin to show the Chinese effect?

When will pharmaceuticals run out? Batteries? I could go on….

    1. Governments who let things go and grind to a halt — are mendacious. We have to stay healthy and vigilant, hopefully we can import from or shop in the U.S.A.

Keep America great! Trump, thankfully has a vision.
Good luck my friend, and to all SDA Readers, keep safe.

      1. “Trump, thankfully has a vision.”

Many visions. And slurred words. That’s what happens when you put so many pills into a geezer.

        1. Slurred words? Nope – he enthralls crowds of tens of thousands every week. Biden draws about 50. Slurring – listen to drunken stroked out Nancy.

          1. ” he enthralls crowds of tens of thousands every week. ”

With slurred words and incoherence. Someone with dementia pandering to retards. The first ‘special needs cult’.

    2. Yesterday my regular Home Depot had zero hand sanitizer. Shopper’s Drug Mart had 2 large and 1 small bottle.

        1. I can’t tell is English is a second or third language for you, or you’re just unhinged. Or you just have an unhealthy obsession with sheep. BAAd idea, guy.

I know who my savior is. He helps those who help themselves. Render unto Caesar, but have a sword just in case. If you don’t have a sword (/gun) then sell your second coat to buy one.

  2. Raymond DeSouza’s article on the Wet’suwet’en-triggered blockade blames the Truth and Reconciliation Commission for this “no win” situation. His best line is “Other injunctions the police are quick, even zealous, to enforce, as pro-life demonstrators can readily testify.”
    https://nationalpost.com/opinion/raymond-de-souza-truth-and-reconciliation-commission-made-this-a-no-win-situation

The article is lead off with a photo of a hooded terrorist next to a sign that says “ACAB”. According to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), “ACAB stands for “All Cops Are Bastards” and is a slogan of long standing in the skinhead subculture. Because non-racist skinheads (including “traditional” skinheads and anti-racist skinheads) may use this acronym as well as racist skinheads, it should be carefully judged in the context in which it appears”. I’m guessing these are racist skinheads since they use derogatory language, e.g. “colonists”, to describe a visible-majority group.

    1. That article should come as ZERO surprise to anyone who has lived in both locales. Upper-Lower Canada is rife with Monarchy Loyalists who to a man/woman detest the the Republic of the United States…on the Upper side, they are also virulent anti military having been conscripted to fight an “English War”. Some of this personified by that Liberal bitch Carolynn Parrish..and to an extent Chretien (blaming 9-11 on the Americans), and recently with Legault and that Asshole from the Bloc…and PM Shitferbrains himself.

These are the just some of the descendants of folks who decided that Ontario and Quebec would rule this land…the West was in their thoughts only as RESOURCE rich land to be plundered. The Railway West had squat to do with helping thousands find land and prosperity..it was meant to open Canada up to Trade with the the Far East…it was always about $$$$, and money that flowed forever Eastward.

Those same folks that brought about the Trans Canada Railway are the ones who decided Upper/Lower Canada would have the bulk of Seats in Parliament…and have kept that balance ever since.

I mean are they so Fucking Stupid/Arrogant to think that Albertans will be satisfied with WELFARE..?? Yea, I fully believe they are. The Disconnect is massive. Anyone thinking that will EVER change is dreaming in LCD enhanced 8K Colour.

      WEXIT – Buffalo Declaration etc.
      WE MUST LEAVE….or die.

  3. Blockades: it’s all part of Trudeau’s plan?

Sarah Goodman is a senior adviser to Justin Trudeau. She advises on; environment and climate change, fisheries and oceans, natural resources and transport.

Sarah was formerly VP of Tides Canada.

Tides Canada gave $220k to Office of the Wet’suwet’en from 2014 to 2017.

Justin is an ardent believer in climate change prevention. This means he is opposed to all big fossil fuel projects.

How do you shutdown new fossil fuel production projects? Stop the pipelines. And you do this by delay, delay, delay.

The Feds can’t directly shut down the Coastal Gas Link pipeline, it’s a provincial project. Politically Justin doesn’t want to be seen as killing the project. So the strategy, in cahoots with environmentalists, is delay, delay, delay.

Delays will increase the project’s cost. The hope is that the Kitimat LNG proponents will find the cost increases untenable and pull out.
Justin can then say, “It wasn’t us, the proponents made a commercial decision.”

    1. Won’t matter how, the outcome of shutting down the west will have the same effect and the Ottawa bubble can’t perceive any outcome other than the world of unicorns and rainbows.
The truth is that like everywhere this has been tried the outcome is misery.

    2. Joe, thanks for your post. Very informative, and it explains much as to why Justin Trudeau and his supportive gang are about to stop the gas pipeline and Kitimat terminal projects.

      1. It’s an established process that when organized criminal gangs want to extort protection money they target an easy mark.
Just look for the Mohawk Warriors flag for an indication of who is running this shakedown and where the easy mark is (aka folks to scared to fight back).
“Dats a niz train track youse got der, shame if sumptun waz ta appin to it.”

    3. Justin is an ardent believer in climate change prevention. This means he is opposed to all big fossil fuel projects.

Only those projects located in western Canada, particularly Alberta. This part of the country was on the Trudeau blacklist ever since many of PET’s MPs were chucked out of office in the 1972 election. It’s been that way ever since.

Prinz Dummkopf simply wants to make his daddy (wherever he is now) proud of him.

If the oil sands had been located in Quebec, do you think he’d care?

  4. Now that Big Chief Gay Eagle With No Balls has washed his hands of the blockade situation, his loyal media are stepping up their effort to support the blockade. Lots of coverage on how people are arriving and feeding the blockade protestors. Heartwarming stories on how people arriving to protest the blockades, are changing their minds after talking to the Indians. And thousands of university students, union members, socialists, and other rent a mobs demonstrating in downtown Toronto in support of the blockades. In Niagara Falls hundreds of union members were demonstrating against Hitler Doug Ford at the Conservative convention. Fight for socialism! Make everything in Ontario free and Indian again.

  5. The Liberal Party’s Globe and Mail reports that a new whiny Indian blockade has been set up in Saskatoon.

    1. The first part of the article is interesting but lacks citations. The second part is fantasy.

” All of the DC legislative briefs and constructs were/are antithetical to Trump policy. ”

Bull. Shit. Trump has signed every budget before him with ever higher nosebleed levels of spending. The DC Special Interest Complex has nothing to fear from MAGAtards and never did.

“Without the ability to position personal wealth for benefit, why would a politician stay in office? The income of many long-term politicians on both Republican and Democrat sides of the aisle was completely disrupted by President Trump winning the election. That is one of the key reason why so many politicians retired immediately thereafter.”

If that were true it would have been Dems and Republicans retiring. In reality, it’s overwhelmingly House Republicans. They know their party is going to be in minority forever and it’s no fun being a part of that.

      1. unDorks go to when he has no answer and doesn’t like something, CITATION. No unDork there is a very similar structure here in Canada, were special interest ($$$$$$) groups dictate legislation and law structure. Not only that but in the USA the IRS diseminates insider trading knowledge to the “privileged”.

  6. And now the Liberal Party’s Sunday Toronto Star. Two major stories on the front page and inside. One is celebrating the Indian blockades, and how wonderful the Indian demonstrations were in Toronto. Theme was “Racist Canada”. The other major story was about a black professor at York University suing the university because of discrimination against him, even though he was elected twice by white staff as chairman of his dept. Story that the “Tar Sands” in Alberta need to be shut down to save the kids. Numerous other whiny Indian stories. Star celebrates public sector unions protesting against Hitler Doug Ford in Niagara Falls. Public sector unions are calling for a province wide strike for more money. Review of new Toronto theater play of Indian hero Colten Boushie who was gunned down by racist white farmer, simply because he and his brave Indian friends wanted to ransack the farm property. Story that Trump doesn’t like the movie Parasite, because Trump is a parasite. Story that new transit construction in Toronto is racist against blacks. The Liberal Party is wonderful, Justin is wonderful, Islam is wonderful, socialism is wonderful, Canadians are racist bastards.

  7. When the dust settles over the blockades, we need to take a sober look at the events that will have been transpired.
Fact #1: Nothing in politics is political, always financial.
Fact #2: Police have made no arrests. Not a single one.
Fact #3: The blockades cost the economy what, $100 million a day? This was one of the figures that I read. Let’s keep it at that then.
Combine #1, #2, and #3, and we arrive at the thinly veiled and skillfully orchestrated raiding of some business entity.
Follow the cash and you will be able to find which entity exactly was the target.
The reason I am so confident that it is a business disruption or takeover is in #2: since no arrests have been made, it is impossible to identify any of the protesters. Consequently, it is not possible for the businesses that suffered from the blockades to bring forth lawsuits, to recover the the losses. Police, at the behest and direct orders of the shadow men behind the scheme, have guaranteed that there could be no court testimony regarding the chain of command in the blockade business. And that, in turn, would mean that ALL police forces in Canada are totally corrupt, including the QC riot police that cleared their blockade, but it still made no arrests. This is all smoke and mirrors.

  8. Tried channel surfing between the two Canadian all-news channels — CBC and CTV News — to catch up on the latest on the rail blockades. All the duopoly-cartel networks would show were radical Indians spouting their anti-Canada points of view. Er, and that’s it. Very depressing, given the state of things. CTV mentioned that Justin Trudeau is attending a meeting with the emergency ministers group this morning. CTV also still is railing against Peter McKay’s support of counter-demonstrators.

One point: not once during the past two weeks has the paid-and-bought-for corporate media interviewed a person actually working at the natural gas and Kitimat sites, not once. No union or corporate official has been interviewed.

    1. That’s been the CBC method for over 30 years. It’s not what they report, it’s what they leave out of the reporting.

  9. As Kate has often posted “we need a famine”. Actually it may be closer than we know.

We soon may be at the mercy of the Indians to teach us how to live off the land, the lands they claim they own. Of course they might well need to check the annals of their heritage since they themselves go to the same grocery stores we all go to.

  10. As a long suffering Leaf fan I have finally witnessed the low of lows after Canes lost both goalies last night the zamboni driver was called in and he was able to backstop Carolina to a win over the Leafs. This team (mostly management) are so inept they should step down especially Kyle Dufus Thank god Babcock is gone as he probably would have quit anyway,by the way he is one of the best coaches in recent history.

  11. And now the Liberal Party’s CBC Political Scrum this morning. The Unifor journalists including a black woman and fat Indian woman discuss the blockades. The Bloc Leader from Quebec is wonderful for proposing that the Mounties leave and the pipeline be stopped. Indians must agree to all resource development. The blockades are wonderful. Canadians support the blockades. The resource industry must be shut down and everyone get a job in the green energy industry making wind turbines and solar panels. Indians must partner with the government to run Canada. Black woman states that Scheer has no right to say anything about Indians because he is a white man. Trudeau should not say anything either, because he is a white man. Indian Lives Matter! Black Lives Matter! Canadians are racist bastards!

  12. Michelle has succeeded, our most enlightened talking heads are discussing the Buffalo Proclamation.
    The stupid is strong.
If any Albertans are listening to CTV this morning,Blackie’s paid media is busy creating more Independence supporters.
Snark, sneers and slander..”Albertans are all racist bastards, too ignorant to know how well off we allow them to be”.
A very interesting view into the “Let them eat cake” circles.

    1. John, agreed

The eastern talking heads are doing their best to foment Western separatism.

They will start to portray westerners who are unsatisfied with the current status quo as right wing extremists, Nazis, and racists.

This will help create winning conditions for separation.

Then one day Torontonians will wake up and say, “drat – they’re gone. Now we are on the hook for $20 billion in equalization.”

  13. Chief Moose Stew is back.
Some “New world Indians” are starting a “Hunger Strike”, a whole two days..OH the horror.
I hope they prolong it,”indefinitely if the government forces us”..
I expect they will all gain a few pounds on their Media sanctioned “Hunger Strike”.
And the media party leads the “Whore on fake news.”

  14. Interesting First Nations rebuttal to UN.

    https://www.fnlngalliance.com/2020/01/19/open-letter-to-the-united-nations-committee-on-the-elimination-of-racial-discrimination/

Now if Trudeau really wanted Coastal Gas Link to go ahead, he would say:

“My government fully supports the elected chiefs and their people who are fully behind this project.”

“We support good jobs for First Nations people, and this project will deliver that.”

“Replacing coal with natural gas is the fastest way to reduce world carbon emissions. That is why this project is essential.”

Do you think he’ll say this? Nope. One of his senior advisors is Sarah Goodman, formerly VP Tides Canada, a group opposed to all fossil fuel development.

    1. Yup. Lots of smiles and clinking glasses at the offices of the federal Liberal offices and their big media allies. The fix is in, eh?

    1. Yah
Paragraph 4 and 9,politely spell it out.
Can Ahh Duh get your act together and we might start investing here again.
What sensible company or person will invest in a country that clearly seeks to emulate Venezuela?

There is no rule of law here, none that is equally applied to all, so who would be mad enough to risk billions subject to the whim of protesters and their political captives?
Our Prime Minister has made it very clear, some people are more special than others.

Kenny must be feeling a bit cornered about now.
      Poor “Federalist Patriot”.
He wanted the job of “leading Alberta” so where is he going to go now?

  15. Yeah, down $4 in two trading days. Around 20% of stock value.

    Ouch.

That’s gotta hurt almost as much as a company that makes most of its money off of fossil fuels (coal, segueing into oilsands) insisting that CO2 is the boogieman.
