  1. Flynn should commence a malicious prosecution lawsuit for $100 million. Accusing a general of offences akin to treason is definitely career limiting.

    In 13 months, Trump can pardon everyone. I suspect the minor characters will have their convictions struck and Manifort will have his remaining sentence suspended. The people who shat on Trump will be SOL.

        1. They would probably see it as grounds for impeachment. LOL. Then again, what isn’t grounds for impeachment?

          Trump’s power must be impeached. Period. The Dems campaigned in 2018 on health care, brushing aside warnings Dems would use House majority to investigate, not legislate. They were right, the evidence is clear.

          Why would voters trust them again? Because they haven’t been hurt enough to affect their political pain tolerance.

          Because they’re stupid – easy marks for totalitarian con artists – just like Canadians who re-elected lying Grits.

    2. Trump is letting the Flynn thing play out as it will strengthen his own position against the deep state traitors, and Flynn will probabaly have the whole thing tossed out. Powell is of the same quality lawyer as the one Norman has, real damn good, they are both good on law, and damn good on strategy.

  2. Ummm, I’m not inclined (as a taxpayer) to pay $100 million to anyone regardless of the malfeasance. And, that’s where any settlement would come from…my pocket. I’d prefer to see those who abused their power and office pay for it behind bars. I don’t see that happening.

    At the same time, based on what we know so far, Gen. Flynn is either extremely naive and not too bright, or he’s not as clean as the new driven snow as a lot of people are implying. Were I a retired general from the US military, the last thing I’d want to do is assist Turkey (whether govt. or non-govt) in any way.

Powell’s filings indicate there is a very high likelihood the FBI’s 302’s (their record of the Flynn conversation) were manipulated a day after the original FBI interviewers concluded he wasn’t lying.. The only possibilities of whom I am aware are Page, Strozk, Comey or McCabe, and all three of them were fired or resigned.

  3. For crying out loud … the Flynn “case” has been handled EXACTLY like the Duke Lacrosse Rape case. Withholding exculpatory evidence, and fabricating FAKE evidence.

      1. Won’t get into a spitting contest with you…but perhaps you should look into what Flynn’s company was doing and whom they were working for. The basis of the charges were that he was working for a Turkish government entity without declaring such. Now, he didn’t do his homework, and he didn’t know he was. Or, at least, that was the position of his partner. Still, a retired US General working for a company who may or may not be Turkish Govt. to benefit the Turkish Govt (regardless of their funding)…annoys me….disturbs me, and makes me wonder how many of out retired military are working with/along side governments I consider the lower end of a cesspool. Carry on.

          No? Maybe he fabricated a dossier? No? Maybe he and his son got rich off foreign corruption? No?
          WTF are you talking about? Try living in the real world. Flynn was entrapped and intimidated into dealing.
          Like Trump and other DeMarxist power deniers, Flynn is to be denied due process and even counsel.

          That’s what will come out imho. When Tony Podesta and others get charged for not registering as lobbyists, maybe deluded DeMarxists will actually have a point besides their transparent pursuit of raw power.

          For the rest, I recommend not holding your breath waiting for that to happen.

  4. It could be that the Judge is waiting for the Indictments, or not, of the cast of FBI & DOJ corrupt persons… The Evidence is tainted enough already… This is not the SDNY, who don’t care

  5. There are no good employees in the FBI or the DoJ. And there have not been any since at least Whitey Bulger! That continues on through at least Hutaree militia, Fast and Furious, Boston, Senator Stevens, Bundy ranch, Malheur, and Garland, Texas. Execute every one of them for their treason, then put their heads on pikes around the Beltway. Pour encourager les autres!
