  1. While totally ignorant of the issues behind the Australian Media’s stunt of issuing redacted news, it seems peculiar that it would be done enmass, suggesting that the Media is not as independent as they claim.

    1. I was in the grog shop earlier today as I wanted to buy some “good stuff”. I jokingly mentioned to people that I needed something for tomorrow night as I wanted to drink a toast to the start of a new country.

      I got some strange looks, but, then, I live in the riding of Edmonton Strathcona, the communist centre of the province. Red Rachel is still my MLA and most of the election signs I saw were for the Dippers.

      Frankly, I don’t think we’ll have a country left Tuesday morning.

      1. As it stands now we do not have a country! We have a group of separate little fiefdoms that are hell bent on destroying each other. This election will only hurry the process.

        1. The UN is in our municipalities, provincial and federal governments.

          There is no small fiefdoms they are all controlled by the UN and the government that never gets voted out.

          Remember that when you vote for only one party promises to kick out the UN.

      As it is right now, the vote of anybody here in Rupert’s Land won’t matter. As for the ridings that’ll allow Prinz Dummkopf to keep his throne, the voters won’t care. Here’s an example of not being able to cure stupid:

      1. In door to door, I met a couple of people that thought the Dippers were great because they had promised more money for this or that payment they received. What do you say? A bought voter.

        1. All voters in Canada are bought and paid for. We have been allowing the raiding of the treasury all my fairly long life and bankruptcy is on the horizon. The only party promising to even try and do anything about the financial disaster that Canada has become is the PPC. Stupid gimmie, gimmie, gimmie, Canadians will never vote to reduce their place at the trough.

    Anybody in Vancouver, Toronto, or NYC that can report IF lots of young Chinese of the rich and powerful are suddenly showing up to live in their bought and paid for escape to exile properties? A commenter over there also said the rich, successful, new Chinese Billionaires like Jack Ma are all being retired, killed, or jailed with their capitalist corporations being taken over by the Party. Any truth?

  7. Was just watching a CTV item about Montreal telling supermarkets that they will no longer be able to throw out food. This should be a good one. They also plan on telling clothing stores that they cannot throw out clothes. Heh. I look forward to watching the lawsuits over food poisoning when someone dies after consuming that left over food. They must plan on hiring a new form of gestapo to police the waste, who says Quebeckers aren’t stupid? not me.

    2. Here am I in Eastern Quebec where Tim Hortons hands out plastic straws with every coffee. I was told the fishermen adopted this to drink their coffee while fishing. It also works on the terrible roads here.

  18. The CBC is excited that Elections Canada has stated that muslim women can have their faces covered when voting. Another feminist victory.
