4. Same with many First Nations communities in Canada. In Attawapiskat they will need $300-$400 million to upgrade their fresh water system for a small town of 1,500 or $266,000 per resident. How do you get these contracts?

   2. They live in the wilderness. Other than parasites, the water is usually clean. Why would a simple settling, filtering, and chlorination system cost more than a couple million. And put the water inlet upstream from the sewage outlet.

      1. You have to pay a great deal for the ceremonies that will appease the spirits of the forest and the waters before you disturb them with heavy industry.

         On the other hand, beaver fever is part of their cultural heritage…

7. Democrats have controled Baltimore since WW2. Including Nwancy Botox Pelosi’s family. 70 years. Every dept, the skools, parks, road dept, the cops and firemen. Cummings 7th District got near 16 billion last year from just the Feds, never mind loco and State taxes, fines, fees, permits, bills, tickets.
   For the 600,000 of his District, just the feds, that’s $26,000 man, woman and child. For just that year.
   Throw in loco, city, state and other rackets, and the Baltimore Organized Crime Association ( BOCA ) pulls in $50,000 per plantation slave.
   The Mob, the Mafi could never touch this.

   The scariest thing for the Democratic Party right now is the realization that, despite their best efforts, minority people are moving into the middle class in sizeable numbers and they’re starting to wise up.
