  1. Without identity politics, the Democrats have nothing to offer except free stuff. They can’t make a decent argument (nor can most of the Republicans).

  3. The challenger looks excrllent, but I am confused. I thought congressmen were elected for four year terms. Wasn’t Cortez (Trump’s term) just elected in 2018? Headline states she is a 2020 challenger.

    1. Congressmen must run for re- election every two years. Senators are in for 6 years, with 1/3rd of them up for re-election every 2 years.

    2. House of Representatives – Two years.
      The Senate – Six years.
      The entire group of AOC and her other three gang members are all House members and so are up in 2020.

From the interview seems like she is trying to expand federal government involvement in local issues, e.g. education, subway infrastructure, etc. At least she is trying to keep it local, but it seems like she would be better off running for mayor of NYC rather than congress critter. All said, still infinitely better than AOC and her ilk. I wish her the best of luck (she’ll need it in her deep blue district).

    1. I agree, she should run for Mayor. Try to make positive changes, and if successful, then run for Senate or House. Let her prove herself first.

      To think that way is giving up.
      Even if she does not win, she will present ideas that thinking people will ponder.
      Yeah, it would seem that there is a shortage of thinking people.
      Let her go for it and do your best to encourage her if you live there.
      Remember that Trump did not have a chance until the election day progressed to its conclusion.

  10. A white male conservative is viewed as an enemy of the left, but a black female conservative is viewed as a traitor to it. And traitor’s are dealt with far more harshly than mere enemy combatants.

  11. Murray is running in the primary to be the GOP’s sacrificial candidate in the congressional race against AOC in New York’s 14th district. She has four competitors. Only one is a white European (John Cummings, a former policeman). At least one of the non-whites is a convicted felon (Antoine Tucker, a black, supposedly reformed drug dealer).

    Just why the GOP are bothering running anybody is beyond me, because an honest election is impossible in a district where the white Americans who built New York are outnumbered by more than five to one.

    Both US parties regularly sit out elections at federal and state levels, Republicans in cases where an honest vote is impossible, and Democrats in cases where wholesale voter fraud cannot be easily covered up.

      A simple google search would show she’s been GOP and ran for the GOP in state election in 2015… but it’s all been a set up to protect AOC who came on the scene in 2018 and all the REPs in her riding district have been fooled by her all along or are they also all in on running a fake to protect AOC???

      And a congratulations implies avid support?

      She’s got balls to stand as a GOP in that riding. Good luck to her.
