    1. Do you really believe polls put out by the CBC? Seriously? Standard approach in a tight re-election campaign. Placate the leaders with positive news to neutralize their efforts to motivate their base and reduce turnout. The constant drivel coming from the Liebels is that Turdeau is learning his lesson and if he fails to that there are more than competent replacements. The fact that there are cells within the Liebel party who are rabidly leftist will be quietly shifted back into the closet.

Meanwhile Doug Ford will be rolled out as the conservative example of how the country will be run if Scheer wins. Every opportunity to cast the CPC in a negative light will be optimized. True or false, no difference. Expect to see Max get more air time as the election gathers steam. Excellent foil for the Liebels.

As a Westerner I actually hope that the thieving Libels get re-elected. It simply speeds up the process of seperation. I suffered from a misplaced confidence that a majority Harper government would actually change how Canada is ran but have now realized this was a pipe dream. So rock on CBC.

      1. – Well be fair, CT – Troodie paid the CBC a lot of moolah for the positive press…

        OUR moolah…

      2. That’s CBC SOP, no matter who leads the CPC. Anyone not of the drippy, sappy, farleft urban virtue Signalling Lieberals, must be evil, Alinsky’s rules are then applied to destroy at any cost. Harperman video anyone? They went after Harper no matter how libellous the meme was. Mind you, he didn’t fight back either (LESSON TO LEARN by TRUMP).
If one looks at the poll, there are some interesting things to learn. The loss of Lieberal support has gone straight to the Greens. That’s a nice bleed of votes, it’s enough to lose a lot of seats, but not enough to elect more than a couple Greenies. If the trend stabilizes, it ensures a CPC victory. The same trend occurred in the last BC election, resulting in the defeat of a Lib government.
It speaks to what the green politics actually are, there are misguided supporters that claim the Greenies are a pro-business party, but their policies are straight out of the little red book. Let’s hope the Greenies continue to bleed off Trudy’s support.
The PBO report on carbon taxes was a godsend, it shows where the three commie statist parties are headed, that’s their plan to screw every single last Canadian, making life more expensive for everyone. It’s not rocket science, but we all know, the partisans in those parties, and the average Canadian, is basically stupid, refusing to believe the obvious.

      3. ha ha ha !!!!

cbc ‘polls’ aka ground zero for the LOADED QUESTIONS

I once sent a letter to the Russian Embassy suggesting they use cbc hqts on front street as a target for a neutron bomb.

    1. Happy Fathers Day to all the biological males. Sorry, there is NO Fathers Day for Turkey basters. And baby daddies NEVER have a Happy Fathers Day.

  1. Nearly 40 years ago, I heard these on the radio:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=low6Coqrw9Y

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3KGpIoE5CY

The piece by Supertramp was on just about every station I listened to in the Vancouver area because their album Breakfast in America had recently been released.

The latter was from John Stewart’s album Bombs Away Dream Babies. That’s Lindsay Buckingham playing guitar. He and Stewart were buddies and, yes, it’s Stevie Nicks singing back-up.

    1. Nice songs!
From the comments: Second song with Stevie in backup sounds like her song “Rhiannon” – very true.

Gave away my “Breakfast in America” album but it’s a favourite, every song brings back that era:
      https://youtu.be/u8pVZ5hTGJQ

      1. When I first heard Gold, I thought it was by Fleetwood Mac because I recognized Nicks’s voice.

      2. I’ve been humming Stewart’s song for past few days. It occurred to me that it had many of the elements required for it to be a hit and to make it a lasting classic.

It has a catchy tune, it has clever lyrics (e. g., “He has rhythm in his hands as he’s tapping on the cans.”), it has a terrific arrangement (Buckingham’s guitar solo is one of the best ever recorded), and one can sing along with it.

Compare that to what’s on the radio nowadays. If the “songs” aren’t mindless din, then the “singing” sounds as if someone’s in pain.

        1. I agree with your opinions about the music from that era. The music from the 60s to mid 80s is some of the best. People just can’t let go of it. There was so much of it because the boomers were a large demographic and very creative.

“Gold” is phenomenal as a song for the music and especially the lyrics. The amount of ‘mondegreens’ in it will make you laugh. I found this list accidentally when I did some sleuthing to learn where “Kanan” California is. (It is a street connected to Malibu)

If you are not easily scandalized, you’ll find this list hilarious!

          1. Nancy, remember Manfred Mann’s Blinded By the Light
I think just about everybody heard:
“Wrapped up like a douche/when you’re rollin’ in the night”
Actual lyric: “Revved up like a deuce/another runner in the night”

  2. You want human-trafficking-and-child-porn-rings?

Just wait untill the swamp gets drained in the USA. The international tentacles are shocking.
Jeffry Epsteins island is only a crack in an enormous sick trade.
Your stomach will churn, and possibly hurl.

  3. Trudeau’s CTV News had a wonderful interview with the world’s greatest journalist, Jim Acosta of CNN. Yes the UNIFOR interviewer drooled in admiration as Jim explained that he is wonderful, his book is the greatest thing on paper since the Bible, and Trump is Hitler. Meanwhile on Trudeau’s CBC, its election time so more refugees are wonderful stories.

    1. Acosta thinks his recent moolah-making book is more important than the Bible.

  4. I see the mental midget PM apologizing to Italians yesterday. I don’t know who the hell he keeps apologizing for because it sure as hell isn’t me.

    1. I’m expecting a tearful apology this Father’s Day from feminist Trudeau, as he apologizes to women for the genocide that fathers have committed in Canada’s past.

    2. Who would believe a Canadian PM, however stupid, would ever apologize for how we fought fascists. A Disgrace!

  5. Toronto Police are looking for 3 Persons (moslems) who committed (Arson Assault). Arson Assault is when you try to burn somebody alive. They doused some teenagers in gasoline and tried to light them on fire. The CBC can not name them as moslems or that they tried to burn them alive. Trudeau needs more moslems they are such a vibrant culture. Liberal voters love the vibrant culture. Anyway massive manhunt underway do not approach. Call the cops. If a moslem asks you for a light be careful especially if they have a gas can.
    https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/toronto-arson-assault-wanted-1.4352356?__vfz=medium%3Dsharebar&fbclid=IwAR28AAb0bO1oIVzqa_uduB6jslujJmthIDppkfKFY1fJLtXkAczVmWpZhn4

    1. To use CBC doublespeak. If some Moslem Death Cultists went into CBC HQ in Toronto and doused them all in gasoline and tried to set them on fire but the Death Cultists lighter did not work. That would just be a failed Arson Assault. Kinda like how the Death Camp Nazi’s were only delousing the Jews and got the formula mixed up. It was all just a mistake, an honest mistake. They are harmless misunderstood goatherders. All the Nazi’s are in Alberta Oil Camps.

    2. This article is from 2017. (CBC News · Posted: Oct 12, 2017 4:54 PM ET | Last Updated: October 12, 2017).
Were the culprits ever found? If they are still out there we have a cause for concern, indeed.

    3. Did you notice how the female suspect is dressed. She’s a whore and should be killed by her own family for bringing dishonour to them.

      1. Perhaps they aren’t moslem, there are other vibrant cultures that have come from afar to enrich us with their ideas like family honour. Perhaps the victims paid too much or not enough attention to that female and she was identifying them for her brothers and/or cousins to engage in a cultural exchange?

Don’t let the urgency of the threat from militant Islam entirely distract us from the rest of diversity.

    1. No, no – the 10,000 bobbies were hired to track all the hate crimes of subversives who feel they should be allowed to defend themselves.

      1. We will fight them on the beaches, in the hills and never surrender. The brits nuts have atrophied. Only a couple of raisins left

    2. Oh no! There ARE two muslims with a machete, we can’t handle that! Video captures the police battle cry, RUN AWAY, RUN AWAYYYY….

  6. “After a 19-hour marathon session, members of Quebec’s National Assembly have passed legislation that would allow the government to cancel roughly 18,000 immigration applications, some from people who have waited in limbo for years as their files languished in the old processing system.”

    https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/closure-bill-21-bill-9-national-assembly-1.5177520

“We are changing the immigration system in the public interest, because we have to make sure that we have an immigration tied to the needs of the labour market,” Immigration Minister Simon Jolin-Barrette said before the vote.

I think it’s a little more complicated than the labor market because these immigrants will have to demonstrate that they share Quebec’s values.

    1. For all the good Legault and Jolin-Barrette are doing by throwing out those previous applications and lowering immigration levels to 40,000 a year, they are undoing it by promising to raise immigration back to 50,000 by 2022.

They have betrayed their electoral base, which voted overwhelmingly for LESS immigration. They cucked before the chamber of commerce crowd, with their constant bleating of “muh labour shortage” bullshit.

Quebec City has the lowest unemployment rate in Canada, 2.8%. Now instead of watching wages and working conditions improve in such a tight labour market, the govenment is going to continue to flood the market with cheap immigrant labour in order to keep wages low and rents high.

If the Parti Quebecois cared about working class people, they would oppose this move and argue for further cuts to immigration. The Danish Social Democrats just won a huge victory running on a platform of populist economic policies combined with a hardline opposition to mass immigration.

The PQ could adopt these policies and win, or they could continue to support mass immigration and fade into electoral oblivion. The CAQ have left a big opening on their right on this issue. Either the PQ will fill this gap or some other party will come along and give the people what they want: less immigration.

      1. If they were serious about bringing good people to Quebec, the CAQ would have repealed Bill 101 on day one, apologized for the PQ’s attempts to destroy English and Jewish culture in Quebec, and asked the exiles to name their price to come home—exemptions from Quebec income tax, exemption from university fees for their children, full reimbursement for medical care carried out in the US paid for by RAMQ, all the money required to restore Montreal’s synagogues to their former glory, anything.

It would be a much better use for the money than paying Quebec civil servants to live in a French ghetto in Florida because they never bothered learning any more English than it took to tell a taxpayer to eat shit.

        Quebec values my grandmother.

        1. “If they were serious about bringing good people to [Israel], [Likud] would have [ratified the Right of Return], apologized for [Labour’s] attempts to destroy [Christian] and [Muslim] culture in [Palestine], and asked the exiles to name their price to come home—exemptions from [Israeli] income tax, exemption from university fees for their children, full reimbursement for medical care carried out in the [refugee camps] paid for by [the world’s taxpayers], all the money required to restore [Palestine’s mosques] to their former glory, anything.”

I’m sure both Quebec and Israel will get right on these projects.

      2. How can we discuss Quebec immigration policies in isolation from the rest of Canada? Can’t newly arrived Quebec selected immigrants, especially once they have landed immigrant status or citizenship, simply move to another part of the country, or are they indentures-slaves of Quebec for the remainder of their lives? Just how does that work?

  7. As if there isn’t enough sick stuff around. Warp the kids.

Same-sex couple featured on ‘My Little Pony’ for first time

NEW YORK – Coinciding with Pride Month, the Discovery Family cartoon series “My Little Pony” has introduced a same-sex couple on the show for the first time.

    https://www.ctvnews.ca/entertainment/same-sex-couple-featured-on-my-little-pony-for-first-time-1.4466866

Why not make it the whole damn year and fly the flag all year around? Actually, replace the Stars and Stripes and Maple Leaf flags.

    1. And when the biologically male “Little Pony” … chooses … to become a gelded mare … then the indoctrination will be complete. I fully support a Religious education for all children … that is … IF … your chosen religion doesn’t celebrate deviancy. Sadly, there are many Christian churches who now accept the Rainbow narrative.

  8. trudeau apologizes to canadian italian, wtf it was the heat of war.
i would like to know when he is going to apologize to our brave boys that volunteered to go to war, not conscripted many
from quebec. like his father who was conscipted and who’s rich family got him into officer cadet training, never to leave quebec to go to battle, to enable him to ride around on his motorbike wearing a nazis helmut.
And who admired spanish, french dictators.
Ya wipe those phony tears away you 2 faced B****, Giving your speach to those brave men now in there 90″s, those boys
put there lives on the line because they believed in this country and freedom, men like my grt uncle buried in france who was killed with my grandfather beside him in ww1, who volunteered not conscripted. while they were rioting in quebec to fight consription, and my uncles who volunteered at the age,s of 19, 18 and 17 one wounded in a tank in italy then in france. another taken prisoner in france in 1944, who was lucky enough to escape with 5 others before being taken to a camp or shot.
and another who talked of those who returned after a bombing run all shot up or never returned. ya wipe those tears you
    B****.

  9. Bryanr Well said I was thinking the exact same thing. My father away from 41 to 1946.Fukn Trudeau’s.

  10. If people were serious about putting a stop to shootings in government schools, they would deal with the real problem—and shut down the government schools.

As it is, US school districts are now wasting billions of dollars on security solutions for a non-problem wildly exaggerated by the globalist media to make fun owners (and white schoolboys) look bad.

    1. Enjoyed the “City on a Hill” this evening. This drama has everything. I strongly recommend it if you like cop shows. It takes place in the city of Boston and tonight’s episode wrapped up with this song from, naturally, “Boston.”

“…and I close my eyes and slip aawaayyyy!”

  11. I attended a soiree last evening. Very pleasant conversation which when it moved to politics I took my leave.

I met a polite young man there who was attending with his grandparents. At one point he was sitting across from me and I engaged him in conversation.

He was well spoken and had a big vocabulary for a 5yo. The conversation quickly turned to hunting and fishing. He regaled me with stories of the outdoors with his Dad. When I told a story he went one better…with his Dad!

I got out my phone and we scrolled through some pics of various hunting/fishing adventure and we came to one of a dog with a couple of pheasants in the snow. ” You have a hunting dog!” he exclaimed. He was impressed and I was humbled by his enthusiasm. It was nice to see a kid brought up these days with an interest in something other than being a gamer.

I don’t know his parents but they are doing a good job with that young man.
His Dad is his hero – the way it outa be.

As a dad and grandpa every day is Father’s Day.

      1. NR – yeah that would be me……I’ve had a few encounters with grizzel bears. Some that were pretty close. They should be given a wide birth.

How interesting to have these in preservation. I would imagine a home or at least a drawing room to match the theme, would be something else! It must be a cozy space!

A neighbour that I had years ago was a self taught taxidermist on a part time basis. He worked elsewhere and did have a lot to do for people. He mostly stuffed squirrels and birds of all kinds. Every time I went over to his place for coffee I’d spy on his latest creation, some were not completely finished so it was fun to see the process. He was a man of few words. His wife usually conveyed my compliments to him once I left.

      2. OK a hunting story. A friend and his 2 buddies shot a bear up north. A black bear. This is very true. They began drinking and loaded up the bear and pulled into a small roadside bar, tourist area. They began getting fairly loaded now. Nobody around. They decided to take the dead black bear into the bar and propped him up at the table while they drank. They slapped a hat on him and there he sat. City slicker tourists started coming. The bar owner was a good old boy and was enjoying the gag. Apparently it was priceless, the city folk didn’t know whether to wind their watches or run to piss. They were freaked to say the least. I have some strange friends and acquaintances. Here’s another. When Walt Disney made the movie Nikki Wild Dog of the North in Alberta. Both my older brothers had jobs with the crew. Both were experienced cowboys and mountain guides. The one brother was the animal handler specifically the bear used in the movie. He used to take the bear, whose name was Old Ezra and take him to parties with him at night. Drive around in the pick up with the bear and take him to wild parties and the bear liked to drink too. Of course always somebody wanted to try wrestling him. The whole family were notorious like that, wild mountain boys.

  12. The whole Trump Russiagate Mueller Investigation was based on a redacted Democratic Party’s Contractor report given to the FBI and the FBI never even looked at the DNC computers to verify. A 2 year long investigation and peoples lives ruined over a made up story to get Trump. An attempted coup de’ etat by Obama and the DNC. Coming out in court now.

  13. So the latest poll states that most people believe Canada committed genocide. We have gone from the greatest generation during World War Two, to the most useless. When do the trials begin in Nuremburg?

    1. So, who educated this most useless generation? They appear to be victims of post WWII Marxists. And who stood by without objecting while this third column did their vile work?

  14. A Conservative Civil Rights Movement to End Internet Segregation

…” America no longer has a racial segregation problem. It has a political segregation problem.

Some of the biggest companies in the country, which wield nearly total control over the internet, are politically segregated, have developed a culture of discrimination toward conservatives, and have engaged in a pattern of discriminatory conduct based on those prejudiced views.

It is an “elementary right”, as President John F. Kennedy put it, for conservatives to enjoy the same use of services at Facebook, Google, Twitter and Amazon, as anyone else. And the same access to financial services, such as MasterCard and Visa, which at one point banished the Freedom Center over its politics, the same right to visit a restaurant or a bar, or to teach in a school, regardless of their political affiliation.”

L- The loss of employment, banking and travel to suppress political dissent was government policy under the Soviet Union and Mao’s Communist China. It is the current policy of “social credit” under the Communist Party of China, and step-by-step, is being put into effect, by businesses and governments surrendering to (Cult). Marxism in the U.S. of A. and Canada.

  15. I see the power grid is down in Uruguay and Argentina. Something like 50 million without power.

Things will get nasty if the outage lasts any time. Once you can’t charge your cellphone and can’t get any cash out of your account……the hunger games begin. It will devolve rapidly.

I’ve been told the integrated power grid in NA is vulnerable. I dunno perhaps it is? Maybe what the Argies are going through is a harbinger of things to come?

  16. i did not read and edit my prior post Re: italian canadians
refererencing conscription. should have said volunteered not conscripted like so many from quebec,
Also how i forgot my late father-in-law who fought in sicily and italy, rt up the boot till wars end.
he told me an amusing story how he was ordered to string phone wire in this one italian town, from the hq to the end of this street, so he was rolling this line out ducking from germans shooting, and he looks in this window see’s a bottle of wine he figured, he went in grabbed it and then went outside sat down and leaned against this wall out of the line of shooting as his mates were rousing out holdup germans and snipers. he said he was sitting there drinking when this german came around the corner, he saw the bottle sat down beside him and they drank the bottle. no words spoke gord even gave him a smoke, then he got up smiled and left the way he came. he told me he never related the story to his mates as he figured they would never believe him.
