Jackie Green, who identifies as female, was born male and was once known as Jack. After hormone treatment in the US to prevent the onset of male puberty, Jackie Green underwent ‘penis inversion’ surgery in Thailand at the age of 16, the youngest person ever to undergo such a procedure. (That was in around 2010. Thailand has since changed the law to set a minimum age of 18 for such surgery.)
This was done in the US and Thailand because all of it was illegal in the UK. So, someone should be going to jail, right?
Caroline Farrow, 44, is the subject of an investigation by Surrey Police over tweets she sent referring to the adult child of Susie Green, head of Mermaids, a charity concerned with transgender children. Farrow says the investigation arises because she ‘misgendered’ the child, who was born male but now identifies as female.
Farrow is a columnist and occasional TV commentator. She writes and speaks from a Catholic perspective about a number of issues including education, family policy, euthanasia and gender.

I’ve watched a few episodes on Jazz on TLC over the past few yrs, mainly because I can’t believe what I’m hearing. It’ s not possible to watch a full hour. This journey began for Jazz before he was age 4 I believe.
This season Jazz had her op and turned 18. To celebrate she came up with the idea that a day camp for children interested in learning about queers would be her contribution to her little part of the world. When I shut it off, she was moaning that no one had shown up for the event, but that isn’t the end of Jazz’s attempt to educate. Since the age of 14, she considers herself an advocate for the entire alphabet community and has the hutzpah to carry it off, and the platform.
One has to question the sanity and morals of the parents who are willing to put their children through the whole process, even if it means violating the law.
Some may do it out of desperation in order that their offpsring doesn’t commit suicide, but I suspect that many want to show how progressive they are. In other words, their children, by being in that situation, are little better than show dogs to those parents in order to give them virtue-signalling bragging rights.
As for the kids killing themselves, I heard of a case in the U. S. a few years ago. The son wanted to be a girl, and the parents, being devout Christians, refused to go along. He decided to commit suicide by going to a nearby highway and deliberately walking in front of a moving tractor-trailer unit.
Not only did the left vilify the parents for being cruel and evil for preventing their son from turning into their “daughter”, a stretch of highway was named in the kid’s honour and–get this–it bears his “female” name.
