When Trump and Harper start their “governments”, time is a scarce commodity, and they are virtually isolated from much of what is going on in government. For them to have time to “study” certain things, and act on them is almost impossible, because, TIME. If Harper had scraped the CBC up front, he would never have been re-elected, as the ignorance of the CBC bias is the rule of the day. I’v spoken to many every day types, and their ignorance of things is unbelievable, just as your ignorance of starting up a new “government”. Trump is isolated from much of what is going on, by design, and checks and balances are in place to counter him at every turn. Every one is working against him, and you should know that by now, but it appears you don’t, and that is a prime example of the “general ignorance” that is in place for many.
