Macron says he will impose a #StateofEmergency against the #gilletJaunes. The firefighters turned their backs. Now the police remove their helmets to show solidarity with the French people AGAINST Macron.
Vive la révolution. Macron démission.
— Katie Hopkins (@KTHopkins) December 2, 2018
It is not wrong to say that the demonstrations were caused by the government’s decision to raise gas prices. What is missing is that this is just one of several draconian measures dating back half a year, i.e., ‘tis the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back.
For the past four to five months, the French government has done nothing but double down on bringing more and more gratuitous oppression and more and more unwarranted persecution measures down on the necks the nation’s drivers and motorcycle riders.
In fact, the imposition of ever harsher rules has been going on for the past decade and a half or so — whether the government was on the right or on the left …/…
…/… What has been most irksome for les Français since the turn of the century has been the ubiquitous radars, which, like red-light cameras in the United States, are accused of having (far) more to do with bringing revenue to the state than with road safety.
And just like the arms industry in the Soviet Union, if there was one area of France where the technology was always moving forward, it was the radar business.
Over the years, the radars have become evermore stealthy and insidious. …/… What has happened since shows the Deep State at work in Europe just as much as, if not more than, in North America — and this leftist statism is the kind of news that has been ignored by the mainstream media, in France itself as much as abroad. …/…

I’m waiting for cries of “Liberte! Egalite! Fraternite!”
When the Fwench are revolting heads tend to roll.
My lack of sympathy for the Fwench has been driven by decades of them undermining NATO and the western world. Still, this could be interesting.
their socialist elitists have been enabling th u n and undermining nato…the population en masse was dragged along, being propagandized and forced into compliance. lots of holes in the dike at this point caused by glow bull warming, it may break
They should try “Liberte, Opportunite et Profitabilite”
And the sound of a file sharpening a certain French instrument of execution.
Macron is a f***ing petit fasciste, surprised he didn’t order the troops to open fire on the crowd. Maybe he’s afraid they won’t obey him.
It’s been far too long since a corrupt dictator was removed from Office the hard way. Perhaps it’s time this movement swept the world.
With the tightening grip of the Globalist Elite becoming more overt all the time as a background, I do believe you have a great suggestion there.
BREAKING: WATCH: Paris: A group of French police officers remove their helmets to show solidarity with the French people against President Emmanuel Macron, as anti Macron protests continue throughout France

Hopefully the clacking of the knitting needles will become deafening for the Elite Garbage that run France, and Canada as well. Every time English Canada elects a Frenchman or anyone from Quebec they get a royal raping. But English Canadians are slow learners and always go back for more twisted fun. Soon they will be gagged and bound hand and foot. But they must like it they always vote Communist/Liberal/NDP/PC/Con. There is no resistance in Canada, it is bred out of them. The Motto ringing in their ears. “Peace, Order and Bad Government.” Never “Give Me Liberty or Give me Death” Shizen Weasels.
“Every time English Canada elects a Frenchman or anyone from Quebec they get a royal raping.”
True. And every time an Englishman from Quebec was elected, the same thing happened.
But if Max runs a candidate in my riding, he’s one Frenchman from Quebec who is getting my vote.
As France enters into another reign of terror, we continue with our reign of error of taxation without representation.
Shamrock, Canadians are like little dogs that are abused by their owners. They lay on their backs with their nuts exposed as the Greasy Government Politicians kick the in the nuts.
Just a reminder,it is NOT cultural appropriation to copy the mainland French.
The Guillotine because it is our heritage.
The guillotine was invented in Halifax, Yorkshire, England: the Halifax Gibbet (ca. 1286)
A similar but later Scottish version, called the Maiden, also preceded Dr. Guillotine.
It is our heritage!

Why don’t UK Public Schools teach this?
Darn! beaten to it! I was about to post this link with the caption: “When the police stop enforcing the police state, you know it’s over”. THERE’S A REASON THE IRAN MULLAHS USE NON-IRANIANS AS THE LAST BASTION OF THEIR REGIME IN THE STREETS.
Hey, who let the CAPS out?
Macron will have to bring in the Germans.
And I suppose then the British will be forced to protect the French from them.
Europe is a cesspit for Britain. EIther they have to fight the French or protect them from the Germans.
.
EU armed forces are more like snivel servants than steely eyed combat troops – Germans included. They got like 10 or 12 U-boots but not one sea worthy.
Travis, LOL! THAT would be just TOO sweet!
I wonder if the modern German army could find it’s way around the Maginot Line.
I served in Afghanistan in 2007 when a German (OMLT)- Operational Mentor Liaison Team came down with an Afghan battalion they were mentoring. The short of it was that the Germans weren’t allowed to go outside the wire in KAF to do combat operations with the Afghans they were mentoring (the Americans took the Afghans). Speaking to a German captain (my peer) he essentially said, “Look you guys didn’t want us to be war-like–it took 60+ years now we’re not war-like you ask us to become war-like. Our culture cannot be turned on a dime.”
I was also in KAF in 2007 with the Sperwer Flight. Germans were about 3500 troops up in RC North. In RC South I thought they were strictly trainors? And just maybe a Coy- size element?
That’s not as far off as it seems. Last month Macron sang the praises of Philippe Petain the Vichy leader who sold out France to the Germans during the Second World War.
.
Hey Fwench arms sales – never been fired dropped only once.
Please note:
All Statists are leftists; the believe the State is the solution to all evils The opposite to Statism is Libertarianism. At best, the Libertarians consider the State a Necessary Evil.
I was ;ooking for a poster with a liner which is much more redolent of the era; but this brings some of the feel to the statist mentality. BTW I am not anti-technology; tather the idea of a relentless unified state overpowering all.

Hopefully this action by the firemen and police becomes more widespread, and the people coming out begins to number in the millions to force the resignation of the globalist statist Macron.
“Vive la révolution. Macron démission.” is right.
Meanwhile in Canada, it is Vive la bend over with a moron as pm.
And he will be re-elected. Most people I’ve spoken to who are eligible to vote, like a certain young lady I briefly chatted with in a grocery store a few days ago, have “no opinion”.
They will re-elect him on the basis of image and image alone. All he needs a bit more hair gel, another sock down the front of his pants, and voila! instant majority! Policy? Waddat?
H. L. Mencken said “Nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public.” He could have said the same thing about the average Canadian voter.
The French electoral system is seriously flawed. Macron does not have the overwhelming support that the second round run-off vote would seem to indicate. The first round vote of a French Presidential Election is far more indicative of what the electorate is feeling.
During the first round 4 candidates were all within 5% of the vote of each other: Macron 23.87%, Le Pen 22.23%, Fillon 19.48%, and Melenchon 18.89%. That’s hardly a ringing endorsement. French law requires a runoff to occur between the top two candidates should no one receive a majority in the first round. So Macron beats Le Pen 61.79% to 38.21%. But based on the first round results over 75% of the French prefer another leader. Just like more than 60% of Canadians did not vote for Trudeau.
The problem is Macron rules as if he actually has over 60% support. He goes ahead with his agenda believing he has the mandate. These protests are a real reminder he is sadly mistaken. Perhaps it’s time for the 6th Republic. Say what you want about the American system, but you have to drum up a lot of support across a lot of different levels to get anything done.
Not sure if Macron will be re-elected. These demos of public unrest can escalate fast and next thing we know, Macron resigned as President. One thing is more likely is that Justin Trudeau gets re-elected next year and at the rate things evolve over time with his free spending & globalist rhetoric in the not so Great, not so White North it will take much time for “old stock” canucks to get mad and take to the streets.
Ha ha.
Ringside seats are still available to witness the collapse of the EU. Brexit was just the precursor.
You know, I had a thought 🙂 Perhaps this anti carbon tax revolt is a unkowing cover for an anti-Macron open border policy.
Se my post Robert.

Nice to see the “fwench” finally standing up against creepy Macron and his Globalist totalitarianism, obviously more to this then simply gas prices. With Macron and Merkel on the ropes the Globalist fascists still have imbecile leader for life, Juthtin the lisping Molester. Trudopians will never revolt against Juthtin, no matter what that imbecile does or doesn’t do, he is the Dictator for life, just ask the Media or the Unions they’ll tell you the same thing. While Trudopia is completely corrupt and a total lost cause at least in Europe and America there is a small light of freedom… can civil war be far behind… ? Juthtin the lisping Molester and his Media and Union gangsters will be the only Globalists re-elected, still standing and leading the charge to the bottom of the elitist shit bucket. Hey, when the fwench have bigger balls then you, then your country is probably a brainless front-hole of a Post National State with Government controlled Media and led by a frisbee coach half-wit.
Usually, it takes Canada four or five years to catch up with trends in Europe. When the pozz spreads into people’s lives and affects them personally, some of them might re-think this, maybe enough to slow the decline a bit if not arrest it. But it’s going to take a lot more suffering.
Strangely relevant

Hmm I enjoyed that
Depending on how the demonstrations do it may spread to other places except Germany.
The Germans are hurray crowd people, they are docile and in step with the orders.
Have to say though that they have done well until the Arab invasion.
Merkel though while uncertain, still have the support of most Germans.
Eventually the French will fold like accordion. Neatly one by one.
I had an airport limo ride from a guy German guy who visited family back in Germany in September – October. He mentioned that nobody in Germany exceeds the speed limit by more than 1km/hr anywhere. Radar is everywhere, on every highway, on every street, on every path.
When you think about it, all this radar is also a surveillance issue. Obviously they can track every place you’ve been since the things are everywhere. Not surprising the East German Merkel – Stasi lover is doing it.
The EU experiment is coming to an end.
Tribalism is about to take over. It has too. Germans aren’t fwenchman and Croats aren’t Dutch.
As the financial crisis deepens the place will implode. It cant be stopped.
Libranos will be very alarmed. They never anticipated anything like this in their wildest imagination.
Bring it.
Meanwhile in Canada: I can’t say anything or someone will call me a name!
Canadians are stupid.
Big Brother Radar. $$$$ for the State. The State is insatiable. It exists now … only to expand and perpetuate its power. Breaking the people financially, and expanding its own wealth is the goal. A totalitarian State who owns the means and the production of all goods and services.
Looks like the State has LOST the police and firefighters who are siding with the people. France will have to call up the military to quash the uprising and enforce the decrees of the State.
As you may (or may not) know, the gendarmerie is a branch of the army.
Typically, they don’t get involved in this sort of thing, there are city police forces (in the bigger cities) and the national police (CRS) who are explicitly charged with riot control. They have been somewhat neutered as I believe they can no longer carry/use firearms in riot control. Presumably, if a shooting war broke out the gendarmes would move in?
They’ll all swing (designer) purses at the protesters ?
Oh no, the French are being forced to drive by actual rules of the road? That sounds harsh. What’s next? Deodorant?
Fighting their own wars?
This could destroy the whole French way of life.
Good for the protestors. Force that punk ENAarc to resign for attempting to use the gendarmes as his personal goon squad. Make France great again. They have nothing to lose but their chains.
Apparently Macron is having his prime minister negotiate with the yellow jackets.
Negotiate what? There is nothing to negotiate. Macron has lost the big men with guns. He needs to surrender all powers of government to French patriots able and willing to start solving France’s Muslim problem. He simply no longer has a choice if he doesn’t want a machine gun emptied in his face live on TF1.
Crâciun fericit!
I have NEVER heard of a demonstration winning over the police and firefighters like this.
Amazing.
Yes, it will be interesting to see if this business gets legs and spreads. That would be nice. Maybe a modern day version of 1848 is in the offing.
philippines.
shortly after ‘mercuh’s boy marcos arranged for the homeward bound knight in shining armor to stop a bullet
right on the tarmac in the plane.
I’ll bet Macron will be sorry he ever signed the Paris Climate Change Treaty and that he ever met and French kissed-deep tongued Justin Trudeau…”le-le-le-là-là-là-s-s-s-suckie-frenchie-suckie-s-s-gush-gush!”
Yeah … he really SHOWED Trump … now, didn’t he? Ha! We’re NOT funding his little shitshow.
Hint: The planet is NOT dying, and doesn’t “have a temperature” like C- science student Al Gore lectured us.
Yeah those two never shut up… they’re too busy…

The last time this sort of thing happened, a king died:

We will see what we shall see.
When has an opposition with no leader and no specific agenda ever lead to the overthrow of a government which has both?
Nicolae Ceausescu?
You also ignore the possibility that Macron might be done in by his own side.
That is growing into quite a protest, and all over a carbon tax !
It is serving to unite the French nation, a re-emergence of national identity against a pompous …
Perhaps, some sage Senatorial advisor should inform Justin Trudeau, of the similarities.
Both Just in Trudeau and Macaroon could end up marooned on the Isle of Elba.
More like hunted down and assassinated. The French are rather fond of whacking their scumbags…
I think it’s more a symptom of a deeper dissatisfaction across EUrope. Yellow vests demos have been seen in Germany and Belgium
I have a theory on this subject. All across Eurostan, people can be prosecuted and even imprisoned for saying
an unkind word about the Muslim invasion of Europe. Resistance against this invasion is growing by the day.
Poland, Hungary, and Italy are fighting back and populist political movements and parties are on the rise all
across the continent. Back in the 70s and 80s, Europeans were paying 7 or 8 dollars per gallon at the pump
at a time when the standard of living was much lower than it is now. Could it be that this is a convenient
excuse to raise a little hell, something Eric Hoffer called a focusing agent?
From what I have been able to gather, Macron, May, Merkle, and the PM of Sweden are in deep crap! They
are about as popular a case of the clap. In the past 5 years, I have seen the rise of populist movements and
leaders arise from grassroots movements across Europe. UKIP, English Defense Leauge, Sons of Odin, PEGIDA,
etc. This is a safe way to protest without being branded a racist or a xenophobe. Belgium has just joined the
yellow vest battle. They will not be the last. When the crap started to hit the fan in Europe, I correctly predicted
that Poland would be the first to rebel against the EU.
If you have any knowledge of 20th-century European history, you have to understand that Germany, Finland,
Englan, Scotland, Ireland, America, Canada, and Australia are not the kind of people you want to screw with.
Neither are French who in the 18th century revolted against the aristocracy. Even the cheese-eating
surrender monkeys in France will grab their pitchforks once enough of their children die in terror attacks!
We will see, I guess.
Will the “Estalishment” in Washington [Team Soros, The Chamber of Koch, and Club Lolita] be issuing uniform requirements for the Colonies? I am sort of partial to “hunter orange”, myself. Or will steel-tips, denim, Carhardts [or surplus GI battle jackets] suffice?…….
Asking for a friend.
Trudeau will offer to send troops and snipers.
Mai 68 des classes moyennes
It’s likely a mistake to interpret any of this as a call from Les Deplorables for a reduction in the oppressions and excesses of the nanny state. It’s happening only because individual budgets for le relaxation, le Rocquefort, et le Rothschild Chateau Lafitte have been affected by the fuel prices.
marie !! marie antoinette!!! the peasants are revolting !!!
revolting? they’re absolutely disgusting!
‘broke the camel’s back’.
helluva lot of camels roaming around gay paris aujourd’hui n’est pas?
