        Bill Nye should limit himself to Skype appearances, with the electricity coming from solar panels on his roof. J=Stay on the Ground Bill. Don’t fly. practice what you preach and save the planet!

  3. I linked this story below in the Chinese Carrier thread for Unme about China and the US Trade Tariffs.

    China is paying the bulk of the 25% tariffs. US customers are only paying 4-5% of the tariff costs. The other 20% is being paid by the Chinese suppliers. Imagine a widget that a US customer pays a dollar to a Chinese supplier for. China is now only getting 80 cents, not 100 cents, their US customers are paying 105 cents, and the US Government is collecting 25 cents out of that 105 cents.

  6. Groper is burning jet fuel again. He is taking his wife to sunny Argentina where he will be attending the G20 summit. No word on whether Sophie will sing Don’t Cry For Me Argentina as she gets off the plane. I’m sure feminist Trudeau will be pushing gender equity, homosexual rights, and global warming scams at the summit. Before he leaves he will be meeting opposition leaders regarding Francophonie issues. Because nothing is more important to Canadians than French speaking shithole nations in Africa.

    2. I’ve been wondering why Trump hasn’t transported a big bunch of “asylum” seekers to the BC or Quebec borders with the US. On the trip the asylum seekers can listen to a video of Turdeau saying Justin welomes them to come to Canada. The video can point out asylum seekers get free hotels, free medical, free dental, free schooling. The asylum seekers would need to be coached to say they are gay, muslim, Hondurans, seeking asylum for their sexual, religious, political leanings and they promise to vote liberal when they become Canadian citizens.
      I don’t want this to happen, but it would definitely make Turdeau popular in Quebec.

    “Here’s what’s happening. Maple Leaf is building a new chicken processing plant for $606 million. The Trudeau government is handing over $28 million in corporate welfare for the project. The Ford government is handing over another $34.5 million.
    It’s infuriating to see corporate welfare waste taxpayers’ money on multination corporations such as Bombardier, General Motors and Maple Leaf. These big businesses don’t need the money. Want proof? The McCain family, which owns Maple Leaf, is the 16th richest family in the country with a net worth of $4.5 billion, according to Canadian Business.
    It gets worse – much worse.
    Maple Leaf is firing 300 people as it closes older plants and replaces it with the new plant.”

    If those 300 people make $35,000 a year that’s more than $10,000,000 per year – not including all the payroll tax, etc – that Maple Leaf will be saving. Good for them but I’m not too happy about subsidizing it. Corporate Welfare is as bad as individual welfare. You can sign the petition if you want but be warned they ask for your info.

    1. Too bad Maurice Strong isn’t around to watch his dream come true…to shut down industrialized nations. Here in Canaduh we have elected people who are taking all the right steps to ensure that dream is kept alive. Imposing taxes upon taxes in the name of “a price on carbon” making it impossible for industry to succeed, ripple down will take care of complete economic collapse.

Depending on who you’re listening to, as many as 10,000 to 15,000 auto-parts workers will be affected.”

        Meanwhile on the BC coast the unionists continue to dump their turds (and I don’t mean Justin) into the ocean. Victoria dumps 130 million liters of raw sewage into the ocean EVERY day.
        Wonder if eating salmon that swim through sewage is healthy? I don’t think so.

    Still nothing from our Canadian media, even though the document will be signed on Dec. 11th. Now Italy is refusing to sign. but Canada apparently has no concerns. I believe they do not want to have a public discussion of immigration issues. Well, there most certainly will be no public discussion of immigration (legal or illegal) once this document is passed. One of things it seems to do is constrain public debate on any topic related to migration. Now that our media will be bought and paid for, you can be sure that anything about immigration will focus exclusively on those happy newcomer stories.

  11. You know, when Dief shut down the Avro Arrow program in 1959, some 25,000 direct jobs were lost on a day known as Black Friday, my dad being one of them. Interestingly another 14,500 indirect jobs were lost. Many of the engineers affected went to the US Space programme. Only in Canada you say?….shitty.

  15. Mark Carney, the shame of Fort Smith, has resorted to outright blackmail now that it’s clear Britain is leaving the EU and there is nothing he can do to stop it.

    He is openly threatening to make the British economy scream if Parliament refuses to accept Brussels’ ultimatum, by raising interest rates five percentage points.
