That article is pretty misleading. Coals aren’t burning & she’s blowing out the ash not smoke. She’s obviously just treating a stomach ache or likes the sensation of crunching charcoal.
Exactly. I saw no indication that there was anything burning at the time of the video. There was only dust in the air from whatever is being ingested.
