This is actually being celebrated as a win.
The Ontario government plans to reopen parts of two shuttered health-care sites in Toronto in a bid to tackle the province’s significant shortage of hospital beds, a situation that could get worse as flu season descends on the city.

Silly you!
Not just a win – it’s a Wynne!
The health care system more likely sees the flue season as the win as it kills off older, high-cost liabilities otherwise known as patients. To them, opening more facilities is a regrettable PR measure to placate those damn liabilities….I mean patients.

The Wynne-ing… remember, you’ve gotta have priorities
Free syringes and methadone for junkies, new genitals

sweet f@ck-all for low income diabetics.

Nothing like a good old fashioned pandemic to help the government “shutter” a few more hospitals … then … BONUSES $$ for all the healthcare bureaucrats! Vacations in Aruba!, er … medical conferences in Aruba!
