So Berkeley repeat rioters get a pass; so a half dozen white supremacist idiots are blamed for fisticuffs with a bunch of violent leftists; so a Presidents is accused of false equivalencies when he blames all sides in Charlottesville, but Obama was free to lay immediate blame on cops; so some idiot who runs over people proves Trump sympathizes with Neo Nazis; but, Antifa fascists and other Soros paid hooligans have the same goal as the radical left wing now taken over the Dems – no connection, nothing to see here. Move along, Trump is a racist.
Fixing the game in your favour at the outset, thinking you can redefine what a conservative or a liberal is, or how identity politics isn’t racist, or how calling people deplorables or liars for daring to disagree with your ideology is the mark of tolerance – all of it is Alinsky BS and hopefully in 2018 the voters will see it for what it is – hypocritical dividers professing to bring the country together by destroying it.

I was well-acquainted with a Political science Professor (now retired on a massive $$$ pension) at CAL (our kids played competitive sports together). Bruce taught me (by example) that hardcore leftists, like he, absolutely HATED dissent and difference of opinion. Even in a meaningless conversation, Bruce would shut-down any competing thought that didn’t align with his. He would simply END any conversation that challenged HIS opinion. Just stop talking and retreat into his “safe-space” of silence. I had never met anyone quite like him. A “man” who refused any and all debate. Most every other MAN I ever met welcomed and thrived on debate. “Was Barry Bonds a SUPER athlete or roided cheat?.” My MAN friends would debate and argue such things (all in good nature). Not Bruce. And then when he became president of the soccer club, he perfected his HATE of any FREE SPEECH by tabling any challenges to HIS club rules. The clubs Board of Directors were SILENCED during his reign. Again, I had never experienced anything quite like his authoritarian, no-debate, Administration of a Board. I had served on several community Boards (in my local city government, on my swim-club, etc), but never had experienced a Board run like Fascist, Leftist State. Bruce was a piece of work. I frankly never found him particularly intelligent or insightful. In fact, I always interpreted his intolerance of debate to be covering-up the weakness of his own thoughts and arguments. So I am not surprised by the current Fascist anti-free speech conditions on campus. I had witnessed one of the originators and teachers of this methodology. Leftists are by nature -authoritarian. Simply because they KNOW (if they are the least bit intelligent) that their policies and beliefs are rubbish. That they cannot intellectually defend their political system or their depraved culture. They are quite like children who cover their ears and start screaming to drown out any conversation they don’t like. Bruce did HIS part to instruct and portray, by example, this technique which has now become the norm for the Left. It’s more pathetic than anything else. I cheer Shapiro’s persistence in speaking. And, in fact, I have gone to his site to reserve tickets to his speech … if UC Berkeley decides to release them.
