This has nothing to with religion. It has everything to do with removing historical markers and all traces of past traditions and therefore laws (based on natural laws) so as to put society into complete flux that allows the tyrants at the top of the totalitarian heap to keep changing the rules and thus remain at the top.

Mexicans and most other Latin Americans would feel more inclusive if they removed Martin Luther King statues.
Islam doesn’t like statues or ions period, why not make them feel more inclusive by removing all portraits and statues of black, Mexican and Asian historical figures as well.

The Catholic Church does not defy any of God’s commandments. Your post reveals an ignorance of the biblical facts surrounding statues. In Exodus 20:4 God condemned the carving of statues for the sake of worshipping them as idols–a blasphemy the Catholic Church also condemns. In Exodus 25:18-20, on the other hand, God commands Moses to carve statues for a religious purpose: two cherubim which would sit atop the Ark of the Covenant.

4. Here’s another idea … it’s a Catholic school, on the grounds of a Catholic Church! If Christian statuary trouble you … don’t enroll your child there. Don’t GO there. After all … if you live in Marin Co. there’s a 93% you’re a PROG … who “believes” in PUBLIC education … so what the HELL are you doing at the Catholic school anyway ?
