Is there really any difference between modern progressives and older authoritarian regimes forcing everyone to believe in magical sky gods aor Lysenkoism. Perhaps a more apt comparison to the fantastically imaginative headline that “a man just gave birth” is that a virgin gave birth to a supernatural being.
I strongly support the libertarian idea that “My right to swing my fist ends where your nose begins”. Progressives need to understand that Prohibition is Prohibition regardless if it is forcing you to stop drinking alcohol, practice the one true religion or the one true political ideology. Do as you please but do not force anyone to participate in your delusions.
