Mark Steyn explains to Tucker Carlson how the vast majority of the mainstream media are not at all interested in the massive scandal that has erupted at the DNC.

What we have here, for the benefit of American reporters who may be unfamiliar with the concept, is an actual news story – an unusual event that’s happened in recent times. It thus stands in contrast to, say, speculative fancies about whether or not money-no-object special counsel Robert Mueller is expanding his “Russia investigation” to set the many Hillary donors on his payroll into investigating Trump’s sale of some property in Florida in 2008.
What connects the “fake news” and the real news is the DNC. The Russia “story” exists because the election wasn’t hacked but the DNC was. Wikileaks released the Democrats’ embarrassing emails to the world, although, helpfully, the US media mostly declined to report on them, and, in fact, CNN’s Chris Cuomo lectured America that it’s totally illegal for you mere citizens even to glance at these leaked emails. As it happens, the world’s most inevitable presidential victor somehow managed to lose the election, and casting around for a reason the Dems decided that blaming it on a stiff tired unlikeable legacy candidate with no message and a minimal campaign schedule was too implausible. So instead they decided to blame it on Russian “hacking”.

Did you know that Richard M. Nixon (tricky dick) covered-up, erased audio tape, and lied about a bungled DNC office burglary that he didn’t commit ? Did you know that the Democraps have been making a meal of it ever since 1976? I suspect the DNC believes they are “untouchable” because of Nixon, Nixon, Nixon, Watergate, Watergate, Watergate. The ossified Woodward and Bernstein are rolled-out as experts on every “scandal” ever since. Of course they predict President Trump will be felled …Nixonian-style …because Putin bought and paid-for Trump’s Presidency. However, they are (unsurprisingly) hidden in their Rest Homes and unavailable for comment about this REAL news shocker. The media’s silence suggests they condone this DNC behaviour… this DNC Treason. I suspect we will know that there is actually something to this story when Wasserman (self-hating Joo) Schultz is unceremoniously placed under the wheels of the bus by her fellow Democraps. The rats who ran our country for the last 8-years have done immeasurable damage. Not only by looting our Children’s children children’s children lifetime earnings … but by subverting America’s security and Democracy. But it’s all OK … it was just done to “level the playing field” for Islam. Just to knock Christian-American’s off their “high horse” … eh, Barrack ? eh, Michelle ? Nothing like exposing vital National Security secrets to the enemy to “make things equal”. Nothing like crushing HER viable challenger to keep the 70-year-oldster post-Nixon Democraps in POWER. The premise behind this story is that the media isn’t fair. This shouldn’t come as a surprise but the media, with a few exceptions is an integral part of the institutional left. Why would they cover stories impugning “their side”. The Democrat’s loss is their loss. Unlike the Republicans, however who span the entire political spectrum and can’t agree on much of anything, the Left are united in their cause. A blind man with half an asshole can see what is going on. The only people who won’t look are the legions of human ballast who just want free stuff and are incapable of a coherent conversation. The mainstream media don’t mind being accused of being in the tank for the left because it’s the only honest and coherent thing about them. And to them, the ends always justify the means.
The interesting facet of this case is that the attorney for Awan is a certain Christopher Gowan.

A friend and associate of Bill and Hillary Clinton. It is just amazing that a fugitive on the run for bank fraud has the where-with-all to employ an attorney of Gowan’s reputation to represent him in court. Awan is definitely a fraudster that is worth protecting by the Democratic party. Funny how these supposed ‘intelligent’ people couldn’t get some two-bit, down on his luck, lawyer to front for them, rather than send in ‘Hamilton Burger’ in person.
