A police officer will be judged – and likely dammed – based on a couple minutes dealing with a violent suspect.
But isn’t the larger question why Abdirahman Abdi is in Canada? He was mentally ill, frequently aggressive, and either unemployed or in menial jobs since arriving in 2009. Why was he here?
Politicians allow these unstable people into the country, and then want to ruin the life of policeman who is forced to deal with the repercussions of their bad decisions.
