Trudeau focused only on Khadr’s so called rights and ignored his responsibilities as a Canadian citizen. Hope this festers forever or at least until the next election.

Trudope and his band of lying stooges own this disgrace lock stock and barrel.Over 70 percent of Canadians agree and we must remind the US about this constantly.Meanwhile our vets get treated like crap so sad.
Your point being?
I beg to differ CreepyClown.Ezra is not about to comment on anything anonymously
The creeps picture says it all and ya that picture is way more than creepy.
Might I suggest the talents of Mr. SABO ? https://www.theguardian.com/artanddesign/2017/jun/21/rightwing-street-artist-sabo-donald-trump-la
To wallpaper over the streets of Toronto ?
The big take away on this is that there is opinion that is not driven by argument. The facts are reinforcement to those that won’t vote liberal anyways, but the feelings on this issue is changing the opinion of blu-libs and the soft NDP vote. And liberals campaign on emotions not facts. Its how they seem to be able to attract the female vote. But now they have generated a feeling that a widow was given the shaft so she wouldn’t be able to sue her husbands killer.
The numbers reflect that the respondents are upset. Does it tranlate into voter intentions? It depends on the following.
Without the blu-lib support and the soft NDP vote the liberals will at best maintain minority status at the next federal election….and for liberals a minority is not a win.
Juthtin the one hit wonder pony
we have Canadian veterans living on the streets and eating cat food and this POS in Ottawa chooses to make a terrorist a multi millionaire. An absolute disgrace, to all you millennials is this what you voted for.
Creepy – don’t be a pig.
Without intending to be insensitive to his victims and their families, the fact that the little Jihadist was not acting on behalf of Canadians while engaged in the family business, I see no reason to apologize to them. Obviously from the polls, the Spawn’s government is not either so again, I see no reason to apologize for his (the Spawn’s) actions either. If anyone needs to apologize it should be the JAG-driven US Military for not dealing with the (now multimillionaire) Jihadist in theatre and then for the shortsightedness of GITMO – a detention of indeterminate duration with no clue of end-game (high rates of recidivism after release responsible for at least another dozen owed apologies) all under the scrutiny of international media lawyerism.
Now let me get this straight.
Turdeau gives a “Canadian” terrorist 10.5 million and an apology and the Leftists love him.
Donald Trump Jr. talks to a Russian lawyer for 20 minutes and the Left says that he has committed treason?
Alternate universe, anyone?
“Trudeau focused only on Khadr’s so called rights and ignored his responsibilities as a Canadian citizen.”
This is one of the major weaknesses of the left, hell, modern westerners in general.
I hear non-stop yak, yak, yak about my rights, his rights, her rights, their rights, but very rarely does ANYONE point out that these rights also carry responsibilities. You simply CANNOT encourage a population to exercise personal rights without reminding them of their personal responsibilities to that society. That’s one sure way to fast-track the training of these self-entitled, safe-space seeking SJW snowflakes that seem to have ZERO understanding of their favorite words, like “tolerance” and “equality”.
On a more positive note…. we now seem to be up to 2 whole topics that most Canadians from coast to coast to coast can agree on…
1. Toronto sucks.
2. This underhanded Khadr settlement was a despicable travesty
“Donald Trump Jr. talks to a Russian lawyer for 20 minutes”
I wouldn’t doubt for a minute that Donald Jr. wasn’t set up by the Democrats who invented the whole Trump/Russia narrative by paying Christopher Steele $250,000 to make up fake evidence, none of which has been corroborated. That would be the fake evidence that put McCain’s dementia into high gear.
No, it’s just further evidence that Leftists are FITH. They’re sick.
Even a hint of Khadr colluding with radical Islamists should wear like a lead weighted dunce cap on top of JT’s finely coiffed lil’ potato.
Ezra acknowledges anything he puts out. You would at least see a link to Rebel if this were Ezra’s. There are many angry Canadians. I am pleased to see that someone has put out the ad which expresses the sentiments of many. Maybe others will follow suit.
No….if anyone owes an apology (and should be paying the “compensation” to the terrorist, Omar Khadr), it is Jean Chretien. The entire sordid mess began when he went to bat to get Omar’s old man out of a Pakistani prison for his terrorist activities. Everyone else is a victim of that stupid move by Chretien.
It is not your fault, so no apology is necessary. As an American, I understand that the ONLY
person to blame in this affair is that pot (and turd) smoking metrosexual sissy boy beta male
Justin Trudeau. We just sent our version of Trudeau (Barack Hussein Oblowme) on a permanent
vacation. Like Trudeau, Obongo spent hours looking at himself in a mirror and taking selfies
of his sardonic smile. Can we spell malignant narcissists kiddies?
We had our own version of the silky pony so I hope there are term limits in Canada for the sake
of the good and decent citizens in the Great White North.
The people of Canada have my sympathy!
I agree that Tabitha Speer should get compensation, and Khadr should have been left to rot in jail or bleed out on the battlefield. But since the Liberal Canadian gov’t won’t do anything, perhaps she should seek compensation from Air National Guard pilot Major Harry Schmidt, who killed four Canadian soldiers in a friendly fire incident (Tarnak Farm incident). Those families received no compensation from the US.
Hunt them down and kill them with extreme prejudice.Shoot, shovel and shut-up,those would be my marching orders.
I think you are replying to the wrong comment. I believe it was someone named “CreepyClown” that mentioned Ezra.
I am willing to bet that whomever oaid for the ad, is still a big supporter of Trudeau senior’s charter. And therein lies the cause of Canada’s demise; people who are 5% committed to freedom, and 95% committed to getting their “free” crap.
Re: Ad in Toronto Sun.
Theoretically, the Khadr case is closed. The $10,000 that was spent on this ad only serves to fuel more hatred and resentments against a child soldier who acted as any other revolutionary soldier would have during the heat of battle in a war that will never end. The money paid to the Sun would have served a far greater purpose had it been sent to the wife and children of Mr. Speer.
I don’t agree that the Canadian government should have compensated Omar Khadr unless they were being ordered to do so by a court of law. I believe Trudeau and company acted frivolously and irresponsibly in doing so. And I do believe that Mrs. Speer and her family should have a right to file a civil suit against Khadr, here in Canada, for the losses they’ve incurred. As should Sgt. Layne Morris for the loss of his eye. What I believe however has nothing to do with how the articles of war are written, or how the courts would view this matter.
One of my best friends, may he rest in peace, was a prison guard on Canada’s west coast during WWII. Time and again he reiterated experiences where he had encountered Canadian Japanese prisoners of war who were stripped of their property by the Canadian government, and yet had no affiliations or loyalty to the ruler or government of Japan of the day. Not only did they lose their property, many were sent to internment camps abroad. After losing their incomes, their homes, their businesses, farms etc. how much compensation did they receive after WWII? Zero. Not until Sept. 1988, almost 50 years after the fact, when the Mulroney Conservative gov’t of the day compensated survivors of internment camps with $21,000 Cdn per individual.
This is the story of how well Canada treated it’s own citizens.
http://www.thecanadianencyclopedia.ca/en/article/internment-of-japanese-canadians/
And on a much more recent a story, this is how the United States military compensated four Canadian soldiers who were killed and 8 others who were injured by American friendly fire on the night of April 17, 2002 at Tarnak Farms, Kandahar, Aghanistan.

Wars never determine who’s right or who’s wrong. They only determine who’s left, after the fact. I never wrote that, I just read that, somewhere. And please, spare me the lessons on who should pay for what, after the war is over. That’s usually what starts the next war.
