In their court filing Monday, they are asking for an interim court order freezing the settlement funds “whether in the hands of [Mr. Khadr] or anyone else,” and an order requiring a full accounting of the money, including “the current location of all such funds, or property acquired thereby.” They also call for the appointment of a receiver to hold the cash, pending the outcome of their case.
One source told The Globe and Mail last week that the settlement money has been legally sheltered to prevent Ms. Speer’s lawyers from gaining access.
They also cite media reports that say the July 5 payment was “specifically expedited in light of this motion to ensure that the funds reached Khadr before they could be executed upon.”
They screwed over the victim, a single mother. Goodale, Trudeau, the rest; SOB terrorist sympathizers, the lot of them. Probably having a good laugh about it.

They (Ms. Speer and Mr. Morris) filed an application June 8 seeking an order to block any funds that khadr might receive from Canada.
That’s what perpetrated the haste to settlement. The liberal slime balls wanted to get the money to the terrorist and made settlement with him before a court date could be set and the order secured. The dirty bastards.

If the lawyers for Morris and MS Speer can prove the Liberal slime balls deliberately manipulated the payout to avoid their claim – that just might get them the legal option to sue the Liberal caucus for restitution.

2. The Settlement was between those unethical Gov’t Lawyers & Khadr’s corrupt Lawyers.. Yes! they knew the settlement was actually blackmail..

Clear responsibility of the courts is to freeze the funds until determination of case is done.
Doesn’t matter where they’ve been sent/put, courts can do this – seen it.
IF they freeze, then courts are still relatively clean – albeit some Lib judge might still rule against claim.
IF they don’t even freeze, the courts are completely corrupt.

I finally saw comments made about in the Mercan news, the situation was discussed on an ABC news channel, the American who was wounded by Khadr made it clear what he thought of it, the host was clearly astounded by the Canadian move as well.
Don’t forget it was Obama who signed the papers (in 2012 I think?) so that Omar Khadr could return to Canada…had khadr still been in the custody of the USA trudeau would not have been able to give him that $10.5 million.
Obama – the muslim with a suspicious birth certificate – did this, like most of what he did, because he hates the USA, hates infidels and hates white people.
Without Obama Kahdr would still be rotting in a USA jail and be without $10.5 million taken from our pockets as tax payers.
