3. When senile, dope-smoking, Gov. Brown ends his reign of terror as top executive of the State … he will reveal that his “surplus” budgets for the past 3 years have been a FRAUD. An accounting trick to make the ink look black. When ALL the State debt is properly accounted … the NEXT hardcore leftist Democrap Gov. will have no choice but to enact MASSIVE income tax, sales tax, and property tax INCREASES. He will even have to RAISE the cap and trade charade. Jerry is a LIAR. He has driven the State straight off a spending cliff. Bienvenidos Mi Amigos … mucho FREE-o gringo STUFF !
   And BTW … Jerry needs to STOP saying CA is in the “6th year” of a drought. The drought in CA ended LAST YEAR … when all our major reservoirs were filled to capacity. We had a 4 year drought … but Jerry keeps extending it to “fit” the global warming narrative. Hottest last 3 years on record … and +2 years tacked onto a NORMAL drought period in CA.

   So many people live in the red(I don’t know how they do it, I couldn’t sleep at night) and they don’t expect government to do finances any better than they do.
   We live in an age where so much entertainment challenges people’s imaginations, that folks can’t imagine the end result of their own bad choices and the bad choices the government makes on their behalf.
