  2. I believe a certain amount of Soros money also went into supporting the Liberal Party in their defeat of Stephen Harper. Soros may still be calling some of the shots in our government policies — certainly the globalists are. People in the US were smart enough to recognize that they were being manipulated.

    George Soros argues that democracy “is now in crisis” and that Donald Trump’s election and anti-European Union sentiment will help to empower dictators around the globe.
    So a guy who helps the Nazis confiscate Jewish property is calling Trump out as a would be dictator…PERFECT! (cf Knight 99 above)
    So Trump is out of the Soros’s orbit of corruption and influence…I couldn’t think of a better reason to support Trump.
    Democracy worked just fine in the US notwithstanding the Obama-Nation™ crybaby antics with ‘punishing’ Russia. Maybe Soros should go on holiday to Siberia courtesy of Putin.
    Today’s -55C in Dazlinda,Russia should be an inviting prospect for Soros’s Excellent Russian Vacation.

  14. Scar, in referencing the Democrat’s dependence on American Jewish money, you may wish to read Lawrence Solomon’s article in today’s Nat. Post: http://news.nationalpost.com/full-comment/lawrence-solomon-how-barack-obama-fooled-the-jews-and-betrayed-them-once-he-had-their-money
    He points out that while they comprise just 2% of the voting base, they provide 2/3rds of all Democrat political donations. Given Obama’s eight year history, I think that speaks very poorly of them. It means their allegiance to leftist liberal policy is greater than to their own religious and cultural heritage.
    And for Alan Dershowitz (widely acknowledged as a ‘brilliant lawyer’) to suddenly realize that Obama is not their friend is beyond belief. But like most New York Liberals looking down their nose at the rest of us, he was unable to see what was clear to we mere mortals. Not a case of ‘fool me once’, but rather ‘fool me three times and I might finally get it’.
    Now, about Soros. I’m currently reading a book titled “The Vast Left Wing Conspiracy” by Byron York, White House correspondent for the National Review. While the title is a little provocative (hey, we need to sell books!) the content is very measured, detailed and annotated. He speaks at length of Soro’s and how he came into contact with and then supported MoveOn.org and many other bastions of the hard left. A very good read that I picked up at our local library. It may be in your’s too, so I recommend you check it out.
    Oh, and a very happy (and exciting) New Year to all my fellow SDA readers – and especially Kate, for whom I have unbounded admiration.

    And a cabal of “We got ours,screw you” Progressives.
    All having an effect on civilization, civil society as progressive as rust.
    To support this corruption does lead to the logical conclusion , Modern Liberalism is a progressive disease.
