  1. Paris has made all public transport free of charge for a second day running as the city suffers its worst pollution for 10 years… as a perfect storm of high vehicle emissions, soaring numbers of domestic wood fires and windless conditions have blanketed Paris in choking smog.

I’m surprised the French were smart enough to actually do something effective to reduce toxic air pollution.
Toronto’s solution is to impose a carbon tax.

has named this plane the Z-series

  3. Ontario conservatives need to abandon ship immediately. Start fresh. As it is now the next election is lost no matter which party wins.

That’s right, get rid of the only conservative prime minister represented on a Canadian bill. Who also just happens to be our first prime minister and replace him with some rank feminist most people never heard of. There’s a special place in hell waiting for the socialist progressives who put this in motion.

  10. Since all the men on the bills are dead prime ministers, why has no-one thought of killing Kim Campbell and putting her on the $10.00?

  11. Was there not a sitting member of parliament smart enough to demand that part of the Bombardier bailout include the requirement that Bombardier would have to produce a made in Canada SAR aircraft. Seems to me that a billion dollar give-away should have some strings attached. Now we’re on the hook for billions more to a French company, so much for Dion’s playing with the ‘Levers of Power”.

The Detroit paper continued, “Most of those are in heavily Democratic Detroit, where the number of ballots in precinct poll books did not match those of voting machine printout reports in 59 percent of precincts, 392 of 662.”
Michigan’s state law says if a precinct’s poll books don’t match its ballots, then the original election results must stand.

“Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall is calling on the prime minister to release an un-redacted version of a secret memo prepared for the finance minister that states carbon pricing would “cascade throughout the economy and prices would increase most for goods that make intensive use of carbon-based energy.”
Wall told CTV’s Power Play Friday that the heavily redacted memo marked “SECRET” and obtained through an Access to Information request by the website Blacklock’s Reporter is the first example he’s seen showing “the government might have introspectively looked at the implications of (carbon pricing).”
