  1. Yes, Big Wind has finally admitted: all those bat-chomping, bird-slicing eco-crucifixes dotted hither and thither over the choicest parts of the matchlessly beautiful English landscape were entirely unnecessary. They’re sitting on those hilltops, turning or not turning as the case may be, making so little difference to Britain’s “energy security” or power supplies or carbon emissions reductions or economy that really they might just as well not be there.

  2. I don’t need to read a book. I was cognizant when it was publically admitted, during Pierre’s regime, that the RCMP were BREAKING the LAW and steaming private mail without Court Order. Zero accountability, zero Cops fired, zero Cop pensions lost, zero Cops arrested.
We get all wee-weed up about what the IRS did in the U.S. against the Tea Party prior to the 2012 election? What about Canadians? What about the RCMP infiltration of the Waffle Party as provocateurs?
It’s been looking as though Democracy is a FARCE for many decades and yet, and YET, I and so many people want to believe that violence isn’t the answer as we suck on the government approved soother and pretend it’s an acceptable placebo for a real milky life-sustaining tit.

  3. Didn’t we see this same movie last summer in Europe?

MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexican immigration authorities say 424 migrants from African countries arrived at the southern state of Chiapas over two days last week.
The National Immigration Institute said Tuesday that it has issued them 20-day transit visas that will allow the migrants to reach the U.S.-Mexico border, where they plan to request asylum.
Immigration support staff in Tijuana has been aiding migrants from the Congo, Somalia and Ghana to arrive at the U.S. port of entry at San Isidro. …

  4. Interesting article in albertapolitics.ca
written by David Climenhaga. It contends that Alberta has been a very progressive place for most of it’s existence with the exception of the Ernest Manning years.
He points out that Lougheed was a progressive and that if the province elects a WR government in the future it will be a marked departure from what has been the norm

  5. Yeah Progressive Pat. And those noble Democrats voted against emancipation! Good for them. Now if we can just enslave the muzzies, the south will be happy again!

  6. 15,000 attended that rally. They seemed to like what Trump had to say. Trump speaks the truth. I think you are flogging a dead horse.

  7. This is noteworthy, but probably will not be noted by the media: https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/8821/palestinians-syria
Nearly 3,500 Palestinians have been killed in Syria since 2011. But because these Palestinians were killed by Arabs, and not Israelis, this fact is not news in the mainstream media or of interest to “human rights” forums.
How many Western journalists have cared to inquire about the thirsty Palestinians of Yarmouk refugee camp, in Syria? Does anyone know that this camp has been without water supply for more than 720 days, and without electricity for the past three years? In June 2002, 112,000 Palestinians lived in Yarmouk. By the end of 2014, the population was down to less than 20,000.

  8. “lies, greed or incompetence of a fairly small group of people, some of whom frankly ought to be facing criminal charges for corruption, all of whose names ought to live in infamy for the damage they have wantonly inflicted on Britain’s landscape, people and economy.”
The truth is that ALL present environmental policies are unnecessary & destructive to the planet & societies. The AGW nonsense is “not” a theory of science, but a policy of total waste….
The Adult-children that follow the Pied-Piper are the dysfunctional spunk of the crackhead generation….Nobody will miss them!

  9. 1. A study released in 2013 said Canadian-grown canola contributes $19.3 billion to the Canadian economy each year, including more than 249,000 Canadian jobs and $12.5 billion in wages.
    2. Canola generates one quarter of all farm cash receipts in Canada. Acreage continues to increase because of the profitability and resilience of the crop.
    3. About 43,000 growers produce canola, mostly in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec also grow a substantial amount of the crop.
    4. Canada exports 90 per cent of its canola as seed, oil or meal to 55 markets around the world. The United States is the top buyer and imported $3.3 billion worth of canola products in 2015 while China imported $2.6 billion worth.
    5. Canada’s canola processing industry transforms harvested seeds into oil and meal, which are then manufactured into a wide variety of products.

  10. Pay no attention to that, just look at my chest.
Canada’s Hunk Prime Minister Justin Trudeau Has a ‘Shrinkage’ Problem
    http://heatst.com/politics/canada-justin-trudeau-shrinkage/?mod=sm_tw_post
Reuters reports that the Canadian economy shrank at an annualized rate of 1.6 percent in the second quarter of 2016. The shrinkage marked the worst decline since the second quarter of 2009 in the midst of the global economic crisis.
Canada’s exports and service sector shrank tremendously in the second quarter, contracting at an annualized rate of 16.7 percent. That’s not good.
Maybe Justin Trudeau should spend less time on half-naked spelunking adventures and more time “sparring” with the forces dragging down his country’s economy.

Why do leftist governments appear to be cults of personality? Question: Why is Trudeau copying Putin? Maybe seeing how virile Putin is, is better than seeing how crummy your life is becoming? I mean life is always better in your dreams.
