    For that, the damage that PM Peter Principle can or will do, will hopefully be minimal. That $30 Billion annual deficit does not give me any reassurance at all, however.

  14. I heard this minister on CBC Radio this morning talking about the ‘plans’ that the Liberal Government had for climate change – what a bunch of jibber jabber nonsense. First she couldn’t decide if she was talking about pollution or carbon/CO2; then there was a lot of blabber about renewables and the great opportunities that the Trudueu government was doing to provide to businesses to ‘invest’ (AKA taxpayer funded money going to ‘favoured’ businesses – they should look at the experience of the US where a whole lot of renewable energy companies went bankrupt after being given millions and millions of taxpayer dollars to produce NOTHING). The really sad thing was that the report didn’t quiz her on anything – just accepted it all as a fact.

    Philpott is now under investigation by the ethics commissioner. An embarrassment and humiliation. She didn’t have the sense to anticipate this? She is supposedly one of their strongest capable ministers? Where’s the evidence?

    Oddly those few that would qualify as blu-lib are oddly muted in making any spending announcement. The latest is that there is friction between the blu-libs in caucus and Butts.
    But being good liberals that don’t want to be passed over for a future appointment, suck it up and don’t publically rock the boat. Of course its just a rumour that this is why Leblanc was reassigned from House leader during the latest not a cabinet shuffle.
    Of course in these situations all it takes is one loose cannon in caucus to start a party civil war.
    And to put a stop to that Justin would have to do something not nice.

  28. That sounds bad. I do not listen to CBC anymore, but from your description, I think people should be incensed by this performance. It is time the CBC started standing up for taxpayers interests. They can at least pretend to give us value for money by fairly challenging and critiquing government spokespeople. People would not be nearly so resentful of CBC funding if they showed any sense of value for money.

    In my humble opinion, a minority of Canadians realize that CBC is entirely dependent on taxpayer dollars to survive and an even smaller minority have any idea that this funding exceeds one billion dollars per annum.

Officers to fall in line with the Corrupt Police Union Management. What do you mean they did not get into line? Do you see of any Charges being Laid against the Liberal Government for the Corruption they did by paying the $ 15,000.00 when they got caught.
    Now you are telling me the O.P.P. slipped out from under the responsibility by sliding it over to the R.C.M.P.
    Good Grief don’t you realize the R,C.M.P. was politicized way back Under Liberal Prime Minister Jean Chretien and the same R.C.M.P. Management People which went into Hiding during Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s Administration are now back in Control with Liberal Party Branch Government under Just in Trudeau/ Gerry Butts Administration.
    Look; if you want to remain one of the Central Canadian Bought Off Media benefitters; then You have to know how it works. We Liberal Cabinet Ministers and Our High Echelon Crony Bureaucrats are “entitled to our entitlements” and when we Get Caught we only Pay-Back Part of what we Tax-Payer Funding we SPEND.
