It speaks to the utter imbecility of a large swath of the American population that she remains a candidate, especially among women, who will forgive anything provided the miscreant is in possession of a vagina, no matter how rancid. May the USA fade into history before it does more damage to humanity

I’ve never seen the current version of it, but I thought that it was inspired by the original “House of Cards”. It wss produced by the BBC in the early 1990s, soon after Margaret Thatcher left office. Ian Richardson is delightfully wicked as Francis Urquhart and that character makes Hillary Clinton look like an amateur.
In nature, the Clintons would be parasites. They use those around them to stay alive, sucking the life out of those that they attach to or who attempt to attach to them, only to move along getting stronger and increasing their ravenous appetite for bigger prey.
They don’t care for those around them, they are but a means to an end, which for them are money and power.
Unfortunately for the American people, and as it appears the rest of the world, they do seem to be unstoppable.

The Grey Lady hasn’t suddenly taken the side of decent people. Her resident hacks are trying to save her own skin from being forcibly retired when the Grey Lady is sold for a dollar to Jared Kushner.
It’s a bit like how the Grey Lady suddenly turned against the Soviet Union in 1989, when the Wall came down and it was no longer possible to cover up communism’s crimes. The NYT had to pretend they had never supported communism if they wanted to retain any credibility at all.

There was at least one NYT correspondent who told things about the Soviet Union and he wasn’t particularly complimentary, as I recall. Harrison Salisbury wrote about it for many years. I remember reading one of his books in the early 1970s and I don’t remember him supporting either the USSR or China.

Amen to that. And it is imbecility of the worst order when a population supports leaders who have repeatedly demonstrated an utter lack of honesty, ethics, and compassion.
We are no better off here. Ontario twice re-elected The Dildo after he shamelessly introduced the health tax after publicly signing a pledge that he would not raise taxes. And on the federal scene, the electorate voted for turdo la doo – the same pillar of ethics who amassed over a million dollars by absenting himself from his parliamentary duties to suck five-figure speaking fees from charities and publicly-funded institutions.
That H Clinton is a chronic liar is well accepted by most observers now, what amazes is that she is such a terrible one. Most (all) politicians must be adapt at shading the truth , or putting themselves in the best light, but they generally are skilled at this gray art. She just isn’t; witness her absurd claim of coming under sniper fire during a 95 visit to Bosnia.The visit was covered by news video and the truth was very quickly exposed, so why would she lie when the truth would do? Dozens of such examples exist, notably the serious lies exposed by the FBI interview, conveniently not under oath.If after 30 years in public office and scrutiny she still operates as if the truth were an allergy, is she really fit for the White House again?

The Educated Mature black Families not confined in the larger Urban Areas have similar interests as the Educated Mature white Families. Residences, Educational Facilities, Professional Affiliations. etc. The black & white Families normally obtain their news from similar sources.
The concern of the black Families will be indoctrination of pre-teen and teenage Boys & Girls wanting to believe the Victom screed put out through their Peer Group. If the Peer Group of black & white Families are similarly based in reality then the concern of losing the children will be less. Black families are almost obligated to not support Donald Trump in Public. In the Privacy of Non-Corrupt Voting Booths-Not-So-Much.
Trump appears to be a competent street fighter. Clinton tends to alienate people.
The question to ask by fiscal conservatives is whether Trump will be that different than the DEMs as far as central bank fiscal management. I doubt he will. He will be far more progressive than most think.
The world is one hiccup away from fiscal collapse. When that happens rioting in the streets will be a daily occurrence. Dallas will be a daily occurrence.
