    I mean the wrong Americans are ready and willing to fight shed blood for the wrong reasons….while the right Americans sit back and food their arms and pout about trump!!
    If you won’t vote for trump will you fight for freedom of any kind at all? Probably not the conservative right wing libertarian prepper dooms day folks just sit on their hands and sigh and keep getting ready for the end….rather then fighting …if I was an American I think I would be marching with my fellow freedom loving Americans on Washington to over throw the gov and yes shoot everyone in your way. Once inside hang every single politician that refused to fight on your behalf!!
    This is insanity and I think it’s getting close here in Canada too but we can’t unify we are the biggest wimps out their we like our comfy beds and good food and ufc to much to even try .   18. This is the line of attack that both Sanders and Trump need to take now: if you accept the contention that yes she broke the law but didn’t “intend” to, then the only conclusion that can be drawn is that she and her staff are incompetent. She’s too incompetent to be President.

    Essentially: “Vote for the crook (Chirac) not the fascist (Le Pen)”.
    Maybe Hillary’s campaign could use that in some modified form: “Vote for the crook not the crank” or something along that line.

    As you see, he laid the case for gross negligence. He accused her of extreme carelessness, and then he laid down the fact that she should have known, she did know. And then he created a completely irrelevant new standard, which is “malicious intent.” But negligence does not require intent. That’s the whole point of having it in the statute — there’s intentional, and then there’s “gross negligence.”

If the standard of “malicious intent” is the new yardstick then one could throw out virtually all impaired driving charges, drop all firearms safety regulations, all product safety standards, all environmental protection regulations and all criminal negligence charges against professionals from engineers to doctors. The Official Secrets Act would be meaningless. One could go on a boozed-up, high-speed street race firing guns wildly in all directions and escape prosecution unless the police can prove “malicious intent”. Comey wasn’t prepared (moral cowardice) to defy the Clinton and Obama oligarchy but rather than completely fold he chose to lay out a case for anyone who was awake and pays attention and by exposing her numerous lies he has left it to the public to convict her. The intent argument was bogus as we all know her intent was to conduct government business away from the public and government (Republican) scrutiny. If the public chooses to elect her then so be it, the electorate has been corrupted and dumbed-down to the point of no return. Ontario on Steroids!

    -Anyway, Comey can explain the difference between gross negligence and extreme carelessness. On reflection, I don’t see his point at all.
    -Isn’t he a dead duck anyway? He called a Dem candidate for president a negligent liar who failed to use basic leadership.
    -Once Hillary and Donald are officially nominated, they and their VPs will begin to receive daily classified security briefings. If Hillary is allowed to be part of that, won’t we have even more solid proof of a double standard, given she is clearly cannot be granted a security clearance? Comey said as much.
    -Hillary’s disqualifications are now front and centre. Rasmussen had 54% wanting Hillary indicted, including 25% of Democrats.
    -Golden opportunity for Trump: say he’s spoken with his legal advisors who tell him there is enough evidence to go forward with a Grand Jury or indictment, so when elected President, he will ensure the Justice Dept does precisely that.
    -While he’s at it Trump must beat Hillary to the punch and declare war on ISIS et al.
    -Maybe he should promise to legalize pot. Trump is probably the only politician in the universe who could make money at it.
    -If all of Hillary’s emails were to suddenly and mysteriously appear, would that give pause to Comey’s recommendation?
    -On a possibly unrelated topic, maybe Putin is not enamoured with the plan to deploy a NATO brigade in Latvia?
    Loretta Lynch gets explain herself to Congress too. That should be good. Bill was freaking over the Clinton Foundation criminal enterprise.
    In trying to save his sorry skin, coupled with Comey’s announcement, he has tied the whole bunch of them together, with Obama joining the gang on his taxpayer funded Dem campaign swings with Hillary.
    It’s probably just an AF1 orientation so Obama can show her where all the Secret Service email guards are stationed.
    Bubba’s miscalculation could end up being the fatal error of the whole sordid affair that ties the establishment together as dishonest connivers who live in an alternate gated reality while 60 people die in gun violence in Chicago over the weekend and terrorists rampage.
    Oh sure, we must remember, one of them was just a gun attack. Time for an all out GOP assault; surely they have no recourse but to go all in with Trump.
