Haji-Hussein may also go by the name Abdi Hakim Omar or “Z.”
Police are not releasing a photo of the suspect.
Anyone with information about Haji-Hussein’s whereabouts is asked to contact Regina police at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
Police say individuals should not approach Haji-Hussein but call 911 instead.

So if they won’t release his photo, how are you supposed to know who to look out for? He could walk right past you and you’d never know. Phone the police on every brown skinned, non-Caucasian, 6’2″ 250lb person you see. Let them sift through that….

Well… all non-Caucasians do look generally non-Caucasian, especially if a photograph of a specific non-Caucasian is not provided.
This shit won’t stop until some “Eskimo” “First Nation” type or Muslim has a child lost and the PC police refuse to provide a photo or specific description. A missing child case in New Orleans in the late 90s caused an uproar when the black Mother of the missing child raised Holy Hell when the PC papers failed to provide a photo of her missing child and their stance was immediately reversed due to embarrassment and the fact that it was difficult to smear a minority (and a twofer at that!) Complete descriptions with photos (when avail) of criminal suspects have been provided ever since.
After 10 days, RPS releases the suspects identity with no photo. I guess he’s moved on.

There may be a valid reason for the investigators not to release his photograph. I’m sure the police force has released photographs of minorities in the past….including guys with names like his.
I would like to know what valid reason would explain their reluctance/refusal to release a photo of this wanted criminal. Maybe its for the same reason that the public was never made aware of the identities and photographs of the criminals who kicked in doors and destroyed private property in their confiscation of LEGAL firearms at High River Alberta. Why was there never any indepth inquiry into the illegal actions of the RCMP at High River, maybe its because they have extensive files on the behaviour and idiosyncrasies of many influential government officials.
