This is very true. And unless you can somehow prove you are Metis so you can get on the tax free bandwagon, there is no use earning money right now. I for one plan to minimize my income until such a time as we have a fair flat tax rate. If that doesn’t happen, I’m perfectly happy lowering my income to $60k/year. I do this by working part time at my salaried position and I recommend everyone do it. It really says something when you can reduce your income by 20% and not notice any difference in disposable income.
Regarding Cappy’s intelligence, he’s the real deal. The publishing of books with reams of grammatical errors is simply laziness and I think it’s deliberate. If he can pump out a book in 40 hours with 100 grammatical errors, does it make sense to spend 400 hours so that it has 10 grammatical errors? Nope.

I have not read any of Captain Capitalism books, I do not know if they are full of grammatical errors or typographical errors.
But I know high IQ people who can come up rapidly with ideas and how to express them may type so fast – to try and keep up with their rapid mind – that they make a lot of typographical errors.
That is kind of like the fact that many geniuses have messy workplace and messy homes, their mind is focused on bigger things than neatly folding towels or removing bread crumbs from the kitchen table.
Having a very high IQ does not make one a perfect person good at everything.
High IQ people tend to have good grammar and vocabulary, but then again if they type very fast because new ideas keeps popping up in their mind, and they do not want to miss anything, grammar becomes like the towels and and the bread crumbs ; very secondary.
