  8. Our son was due on St Patrick’s Day. I made my wife clench until it was over, so he was born on the 18th. Me and Englishman and her dad a Scot finally had cause to agree.

  14. Shipley didn’t write that. It was given to him for publication by the same propaganda folks who are busy pushing Trudeau in other media. They are laying it on with a trowel. Trying to make Trudeau look like an important leader. Trudeau’s agenda is the UN globalist’s agenda,therefore all the positive press. Don’t fall for it. Most of the publications pushing this stuff are owned by the puppetmasters.

    My two favourites were:
    1. An Englishman, a Scot and and an Irishman walk into a bar.
    The bartender turns to them and says “Is this some kind of joke?”
    2. An Irishman walks past a bar ….
    Unrelated: A woman walks into a bar and asks for a double entendre.
    The bartender gave it to her.

    Why would anyone even bother? The NDP’s platform is just the usual rehashing of unaffordable promises from 2004 with a generous dose of hidden agenda, privatization and “mediscare”. Same old crap from a dysfunctional and irrelevant political party.

    according to some types I’m a racist. specifically and in general based on my demographic, the usual suspect, white middle aged protestant male.
    what puzzles me is the FACT my kid is mixed race. whut race you sez? DOESN’T MATTER.
    but *I* otoh, am labelled racist. mmm, ok, iffen Ima gonna be accoosed, may as well enjoy the benefits !! that whatcha want mr fingerpointer? hmmm? only *blacks* allowed to use the n word? behaviour filtered thru the melanin?? *that* isn’t ‘racist’?
    never could get a response other than a repetition of the fingerpointing.

    So why would this leading international advocate for a culture of death donate so much money to a GOP candidate who has been mathematically eliminated from the contest? George Soros himself gives us part of the answer in an OpEd he recently penned in the leftist British publication, The Guardian, where he concluded his editorial with the following observation: “we must reaffirm our commitment to the principles of open society and resist the siren song of the likes of Donald Trump and Ted Cruz, however hard that may be.”
    George Soros has already funded Hillary Clinton’s campaign to the tune of $8 million. Could it be that by funding the campaign of Governor John Kasich, George Soros is attempting to help Hillary Clinton by sabotaging the GOP primary process?
    If the suspicion were raised about any other donor, it would merit raised eyebrows and references to conspiracies reporter Alex Jones, but dealing with a man such as George Soros, the financial trail and the political motive are inescapable.
    For a man who made his fortune on the backs of British taxpayers by breaking the bank of England, winning by making losing bets is not in the realm of conspiracy theories, but of the starkest realpolitik.
    If the financial trail is correct, and it is rarely wrong, there is the very real possibility that George Soros is betting on John Kasich to cripple the only party that has, with all its faults, resisted the culture of death.
