  1. My son’s middle school performed The Sound of Music last year and they replaced the swastika with some meaningless graphic squiggle. Political Correctness is why history keeps repeating. That and calling everyone you disagree with a Nazi.

  2. Those ignorant of their history . . .
So political correctness now even prohibits ridiculing Nazi symbols. If the mere sight of a swastika gives one the vapours then one had best avoid Asian restaurants.

  3. Well, to be fair the kids are fighting to keep the symbolism. They’re bring smart & mature
It’s the adults who are the idiots

  4. OT
But speaking of ranges. Just received my RPAL today. Looking forward to going to the range with my SIG 250 9mm semi.
    Just bragging. Pardon the interruption.

  5. Congrats, let’s just hope they will not get to confiscating them anytime soon.

  6. But it’s OK to slap a swastika on a photo or cartoon of Trump or Harper because, well, just because. Dough-heads.

  7. “at the Trebuchet range”
These are mostly a siege weapon. Not sure they are really useful in a Zombie apocalypse type situation. I think mobility will be most important.

  8. As I recall from my history the swastika is an ancient symbol going back many centures before the Nazis Party adopted it. I believe it was even an accepted decoration for at least one of the US south-west Indian tribes and was painted on some US WWI fighter a/c.
If you’re going to ban this symbol because of its association may be you should also ban the black/white cross that appeared on German a/c, the colors red/black/white on flags because it was the colors of the Nazis flag, German style war helmets (so popular with many bikers)……Once you want to ban things because of their association the list could get long and deep very quickly.
Situations like this should be used as teaching moments although I suspect that has already been with the students of this group.
The lefty/pc class don’t like even bringing up disturbing history since questions that might cast critical eyes on their beliefs tend to bring out truths they don’t wantbrought up.

  9. Zero Tolerance is great cover for fools.
    React, run for cover.
    Blame someone else.
It is an elected fools way of saying;”Zero Tolerance”
“I am too stupid to have a considered opinion”.
Funny how fools names and fools faces are always found in public places.

  10. Last week we watched the Academy Award winning movie Schindler’s List. Lots of Nazis and swastikas in that show. What was the Academy thinking rewarding such hate?

  11. Ever watch a Network broadcast of that hilarious movie? They have several people referring to the Sheriff as “the ni….”, that’s right, the “nih”. Can’t say THAT word, no matter what the context.
Same movie, the railroad crew sitting around the campfire, for some unknown reason bouncing silently up off their seats, because the sound of farting might offend someone.

  12. When you live in a society that doesn’t allow parody of NAZI ism …. real NAZIs will start to appear because people don’t like being told to shut up all the time.

  13. good grief. when did ‘The Producers’ come out? 70s? 80s? and only *now* it’s ‘offensive’? even though innumerable JEWS do not find it so?
what friggin idiocy. gawd. it’s like some sort of invisible ‘floodwaters’ has swept over the western nations.

  14. Several years ago a bunch of lefties tried to get Swastika Ontario to change their name because it was offensive.
