Hearing the rumour that the conservative dominated senate will block Leisuresuit Larry’s replacement of our first past the post system if he doesn’t allow a referendum.
There is irony in the fact that the only way Leisuresuit Larry can stop this is to allow the senators he kicked out of the liberal caucus back into caucus and appoint more. But then that would demonstrate his stated reason for doing it was a useless superficial act that didn’t fix anything.
Gee, wonder what word salad the guy will be offering to keep from admitting to fix something you have to actually say what you intend to do and how it actually fixes the problem.
