I had read 10,000 for 2015 but they were unlikely to make that target. The U.S. is taking 18-24 months average to screen a refugee. Now zero ups the anti to 100k knowing full well they have no hope of achieving that number….or intention.
That is how the game is played. Go to a big world meeting – make a big announcement – go home. Next meeting – make a bigger announcement knowing full well you have no intention of delivering on the promise. Clinton was a master at this as was chretien.
Kerry must be off his meds. Charlie Hebdo was justified because, well because it was Jews? Maybe he needs a holiday. I heard a French woman interviewed on the radio a day or two ago who said basically the same thing.
