Perhaps if King Barry wanted to do something of substance and still get his jollies being a dictator, he would make it illegal for these perennially under employed people currently in HUD projects to drop out of school as they do now. Take the HUD money and build inner city trade schools or community colleges – but nooooo – it’s all about pandering to racial stereotypes.
