I will be on Andrew Lawton’s show at 1:35 PM today, that is in 30 minutes. You can listen live from anywhere in the world. This is a rush post, but I have entered the nomination race to be the Federal Conservative candidate in London-Fanshawe. I will post more details later.
My website is.
(Update by Kate) From Kyla in the comments;
I needs some help getting on that ballot. If you are Conservative party members, no matter where you live in Canada, I need a favour from you. Email me at DillardAnimalHospital@gmail.com with the subject line: Member

Good luck running for the nomination.
If you succeed, you will be up against an incumbent NDP MP that is Canada’s version of Nancy Pelosi.
I’m good with that.
Good luck!!!
May the SDA Force be with you and grant you victory, Dr. Kyla!:-)
Good luck. Convincing people to vote for substance ahead of bullshit is always a problem.
Great job today Kyla, enjoyed listening. Good Luck!
I enjoyed your video and interview Kyla and like the way you cut to the chase. You were right about gay rights in spite of the gloom and doom bandied about. You are a good representative of a hardworking Canadian, certainly not stereotypical, who in plain language can explain the burden statist government places on them, rather than elitist voices spreading memes about the rich. Good on you for showing both sides of the equation. Canada needs voices like yours in a more important way – as one of many small business owner who will be painted by the progressives as “rich,” then “well to do,” then “not typical” and therefore dutifully required to further subsidize the corrupted welfare state. Real life cases of hardworking people like yourself being the real stimulators of our economy, not white elephants like infrastructure boondoggles; the true engines of our growth, prosperity and ultimately freedom.
When I hear crap about Harper favouring the rich I now launch into a lambaste of “how low do you want to set the bar, are you going to milk every penny out of every Canadian you can?” I am heartened to hear others like you are willing to stand up to this socialist nonsense. Have you noticed how they’re fixated on 15%, whether it be “typical families” or the 15% of families benefitting from the Family Tax Cut suddenly all becoming rich. They’re going to try to pull this “fair share” meme because it worked for Obama. Will Trudeau or Mulcair succeed with Canadians? I think not; even so I personally will fight this envy BS argument and know you will too. Your approach is very encouraging.
If I lived in London you’d have my vote now. I look forward to hearing more from you.
Awesome, good luck!
BRAVO Kyla! Sorry I cant vote for you although I’m close by. (Sarnia-Lambton)

Wonderful Kyla! I can’t vote there but will speak tome Londoners on your behalf.
I emailed you Kyla. Good luck. That’s my old stomping ground. Like the homo t-shirt. That’s short for the all-inclusive homo-sapiens I’m sure;)
Good luck and a hug from me.
Want some advice? Ditch the T-shirt. Representation is much broader than that.
best of Luck.
scar nailed it. Bullsh@t baffles common sense, every time. In fact, common sense is so rare now, it should be classed as a SUPERPOWER.
And nothing personal, Dr Kyla, but where and how are you going to get the bucks to put your changes into action? Not from me,the(taxpayer) I hope?
The t-shirt was from 2006. It served its purpose well.
What dollars are required to simplify government and cut spending that is not required?
By George, I think she’s got it! :))
“What dollars are required to simplify government and cut spending that is not required?”
Oh! So you are doing this for free? Donating your Government salary to a homeless shelter? Yeah right.
I guess I don’t understand your question. The MP salary will be paid whether I am in the seat or not.
I am not calling for any new government spending. If we need new government spending, then we need to make cuts in wasteful programs to fund them. If we don’t need new government spending; then we still need to make cuts in wasteful programs to respect the taxpayers’ money and do our job managing that money.
Exactly what I am looking for from my elected MP MLA and City council .
we have enough laws . We don’t need parliament enacting new laws , we need it clamping down on the bureaucrats .
