10. If we were life long friends I could see the possibility of pondering this, but Obama’s “reset” button was defective and this move would be illogical to say the least. 13. The plan is to use Russian GPS data for determining locations of 911 call. This data will supplement the data from US GPS sources in order to improve locational accuracies. Most phones are already capable of using GLONASS data for determining locations.
