2. Carbon tax here in Ontario today, gas prices went down at same time it went in, so no one saw it.

3. good ole stupid Ontario liberals. taxing carbon. it is a win for all idiot politicians. unlimited taxing ability. carbon based organisms living on a carbon based planet, wow, just think of the potential new carbon taxes. light a campfire pay a tax, die and pay a tax on the leftover carbon. get cremated, pay a tax. it is just freaking unlimited. Canadians are now dumber than americans.

4. Seems as though many of the publications and reports on scientific matters are written by accountants. They use the numbers to say whatever the guy writing the paycheque wants it to say.
   Isn’t it about time that there be an oversight committee who have real teeth and a big hammer to impose huge fines and/or defending to businesses and educational institutes that perform fraud, which in the long term, cost the economy trillions of dollars in asset waste?
   I haven’t heard much about whether the burrowing owl is still with us or whether it has indeed become extinct.

7. A bit premature on the Ont carbon tax announcement. I’m sure Wynne is laying the groundwork and salivating at the extra revenue to be poured down socialist rat holes like early child education (day care). Still the tax edict awaits enactment. This has nothing whatever to do with changing climate or weather patterns, simply another Liberal tax grab (revenue tool).
   A reminder that voting does indeed matter.
