This latest ill-considered outburst of Cameron’s about having a Pakistani as Prime Minister in his lifetime will probably turn off what few voters he may still be able to count on. Already the man has demonstrated he has, despite his blustering and posturing, absolutely no power to alter the EU and perilously he took a 400 year old union with Scotland to the brink (realising as the referendum vote approached he had blundered badly) and only by desperately offering more than Scotland was already getting to keep Britain together.
